Senior HR Services Administrator, German

• Provide end-to-end HR support for the client across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, benefits administration, etc.).
• Manage and resolve HR-related queries within agreed SLAs and defined processes, ensuring clear ownership and timely follow-up.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders (employees and management) through professional communication.
• Maintain a regular on-site presence (approximately 1–2 days per week) to deliver hands-on support and strengthen collaboration.
• Prepare and manage employment-related documentation in line with local legislation, client requirements, and internal policies.
• Support internal and external audits by ensuring documentation quality, process adherence, and compliance readiness.
• Collaborate with internal teams, escalate complex cases when needed, and ensure issues are resolved efficiently and transparently.
• Participate in client onboarding activities (transitions/migrations) and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and service delivery.

HR Services Partner

• Ensure smooth and compliant HR administration across contracts, registrations, HRIS and labour law topics.
• Maintain and develop HR policies, processes and documentation with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
• Own employee data management in the HRIS, ensuring high data quality, confidentiality and regular audits.
• Own and manage payroll processes together with external partners, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee time & attendance and employee benefits administration.
• Act as first point of contact for employees regarding payroll, labour law and HR operations questions.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR operations and take ownership of smaller HR projects.
• Support HR Business Partners, recruiting and people development topics when needed.

HR Operations Manager, f/m/d

• Provide superior customer service, accurate and timely first contact resolution to employees, managers, and HR professionals.
• Provide support to Human Resource Operations team and business units with admin transactions, data validation, auditing and corrections.
• Support the subject matter expert (SME) for all policies and procedures.
• Ensure data integrity through audits of the HR Information System.
• Update and analyze work process design and flow for policies and procedures.
• Provide policy interpretation recommendations.
• Create and present training presentations.
• Research and work in a team environment to resolve employee issues, by working directly with internal/external clients and vendors.
• Serve as an employee and customer advocate.
• Identify and drive process improvements, quality and compliance across the function.
• Analyze data issues and provide Root Cause Analysis in problem resolution.
• Incorporate Lean practices into all daily activities and ongoing projects.
• Conduct analysis and prepare ongoing HR reports to effectively administer policies and programs.
• Responsible for achieving internally-set quality standards, identified goals and metrics and overall targets are met and/or exceeded.

HR Advisor – German, French or Spanish

• Provide transaction support for hiring, terminations, job changes, tuition reimbursement, and benefits administration
• Address requests through the ServiceNow case management system
• Handle hire, change, termination, and other mass transactions in Workday
• Update and manage records in Workday, deliver HR reports, and maintain personnel files
• Assist customers with extended reports from the system of record
• Conduct regular audits to ensure system data quality
• Work closely with the payroll, Talent and HR technology team
• Build and develop processes in the HR knowledge base to enhance efficiency and quality
• Participate in projects to improve employee experience and efficiency
• Provide input for Workday and ServiceNow enhancements to improve employee experience
• Guide and mentor peers in processing HR transactions

HR Advisor, German, European Languages

• Supported by Standard Work, manage assigned caseload for Tier 1 requests
• Respond to general inquiries and support transactional execution on processes such as preboarding, job and compensation changes, time and attendance, leaves of absence, benefits, etc.
• Ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and service quality standards are exceeded every time
• Serve as point of contact for inquiries from regional EMEA Associate Groups
• Log and manage tickets/cases in the system
• Guide users on self-service tools and knowledge base content
• Support the development and improvement of knowledge base articles and resources
• Escalate unresolved or complex cases to Tier 2 and 3 as required
