Growth Marketing

• Own the growth marketing strategy, including goals, channel mix, budget allocation, and success metrics across demand generation efforts
• Build and maintain a full-funnel marketing plan aligned to pipeline and revenue goals in partnership with Sales and RevOps
• Foster a culture of testing, learning, and continuous improvement across campaigns
• Report marketing performance to leadership with clear connection to pipeline and revenue outcomes
• Lead, coach, and develop a team across paid media, email, events, and digital marketing
• Create a high-accountability, high-support environment with clear expectations and strong execution
• Oversee content strategy, website performance, SEO, and emerging AI search visibility
• Own the event marketing strategy for webinars, conferences, summits, and field events
• Drive attendee acquisition and post-event follow-up through coordinated multichannel campaigns
• Measure event impact across registrations, attendance, pipeline, and revenue
• Lead paid media strategy across search, social, and other digital channels
• Own reporting for key growth metrics, including leads, pipeline, acquisition costs, and channel performance
• Partner with RevOps to ensure accurate attribution and clear measurement of marketing's revenue impact

Director of Growth Marketing

• Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns across paid media, email, webinars, content syndication, SEO and social platforms.
• Drive growth in MQLs, SQLs, pipeline creation, customer acquisition, and conversion rates.
• Optimize full-funnel marketing performance from awareness through opportunity creation.
• Partner closely with Sales leadership to improve lead quality, routing, follow-up SLAs, and conversion efficiency.
• Own campaign planning, execution, testing, reporting, and optimization.
• Manage campaign calendars, budgets, targeting strategies, and performance benchmarks.
• Implement A/B testing strategies across landing pages, messaging, ads, and nurture flows.
• Monitor acquisition cost, cost-per-lead, return on ad spend and pipeline velocity.
• Analyze funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and marketing efficiency.
• Ensure accurate campaign attribution and lead tracking.
• Present KPI insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Work closely with product marketing, content, revops, sales and customer success stakeholders.
• Ensure that campaign strategy is aligned with product launches, market segments, and sales priorities.
• Support account-based marketing (ABM) and customer expansion initiatives where applicable.
• Establish operational rigor and performance expectations for the growth marketing team.
• Drive accountability across the team to ensure delivery against pipeline, campaign, and revenue objectives.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of growth marketers, including conducting performance reviews, goal setting, and providing ongoing feedback and career development support.
• Manage and mentor junior growth marketing team members and external agencies.

Growth Marketing Manager

• Conduct preliminary and detailed design work for natural gas projects
• Secure and manage engineering service providers, including contract development and award
• Oversee third-party engineering to ensure compliance with plans, contracts, schedules, and budgets
• Perform engineering calculations and designs with peer oversight
• Coordinate engagement with internal stakeholders (Operations, Engineering, Land, Environmental, Air, Technical Services) to provide input to and review of engineering deliverables
• Facilitate project design reviews during FEED and detailed engineering phases
• Review engineering contractor invoices and change order requests
• Schedule and participate in Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) meetings
• Provide procurement support (engineering & material procurement plans, bid tab reviews, supplier qualification)
• Update engineering and material monthly forecasts with Project Controls
• Lead resolution of technical/engineering issues during engineering, construction, and commissioning
• Support resolution of non-conformances during engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning
• Review and approve pressure testing documentation
• Manage workflow between TC Energy and external consultants
• Track key engineering deliverables and adjust plans/resources as needed
• Report status to project management and recommend corrective actions
• Support management of change process to maintain design integrity
• Document lessons learned and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with other project groups to share and implement best practices
• Participate in the Engineer in Training program as a mentor
• Contribute to continual improvement of project management tools and processes

Growth Pipeline Engineer

• Help develop and maintain the enterprise Organic Growth Strategy, aligned to TELUS Health global portfolio
• Identify, frame, and prioritise cross‑sell and upsell opportunities by: Analyzing how products work together across customer segments
• Highlighting expansion pathways across the portfolio
• Clearly articulating where growth can be accelerated through portfolio connection
• Feeding prioritised opportunities into Product Council and Marketing Council forums
• Translate insight into strategic action: Interpret customer, product, and market intelligence
• Create a consistent “Insight → Strategy → Priority” narrative
• Ensure insights drive decisions, not just reporting
• Produce and own the Monthly Insight Pack, ensuring it: Highlights performance, trends, risks, and opportunities
• Clearly connects insight to recommended strategic actions
• Supports leadership, Product Council, and Marketing Council decision‑making
• Support portfolio positioning and messaging alignment by: Partnering with Marketing and Product on value propositions
• Ensuring portfolio narratives reinforce organic growth priorities
• Helping position TELUS Health as an integrated portfolio rather than siloed products
• Enable governance and prioritisation forums, including: Product Council (growth lens, opportunity framing)
• Marketing Council (priority focus, opportunity sizing, narrative consistency)
