Graphics Designer

• Write, edit, create images for, design, develop, and enhance dissemination products including Web content, social media materials, fact sheets, and other documents.
• Use information from various data/information sources to prepare information content and documents.
• Ensure dissemination products are accurate, clearly written, and accessible on the web using established usability and Section 508 guidelines.

Principal, Visual Design

• Design and deliver creative assets (graphics, animations, motion graphics, banners, infographics, and in-app communications).
• Create shareable campaign creatives and live event visuals.
• Collaborate with the wider Marketing team.
• Provide design support for in-app customer communications.
• Maintain and evolve Dabble's visual identity, design guidelines, and creative assets.
• Explore and experiment with new creative formats.

• Partner closely with the Principal of Creative Strategy, executive stakeholders, product marketing, and leadership teams to build compelling executive and product narratives for keynotes, customer presentations, internal communications, board-level materials, and strategic business initiatives.
• Translate complex business strategies, product concepts, and executive messaging into visually compelling narratives, presentation structures, and audience-focused storytelling experiences.
• Collaborate in keynote and narrative planning sessions, contributing strategic visual thinking, concept development, and storytelling frameworks.
• Design and produce polished executive-level PowerPoint presentations, creating custom visuals, diagrams, and supporting graphics in Figma while rapidly evolving rough concepts into refined storytelling assets.
• Ensure presentation outputs are production-ready, executive-level, and aligned to the Genesys brand system.
• Solve for presentation refinement and last-minute polish needs across leadership and business units with speed, flexibility, and strong judgment.
• Apply strong art direction principles to presentation design, ensuring visual consistency, modern aesthetics, and high-quality execution.
• Maintain and evolve scalable presentation systems, templates, visual frameworks, and reusable assets that improve consistency and enablement across teams.
• Ensure all presentation materials align to the Genesys brand system while balancing visual excellence, messaging clarity, and business impact.
• Mentor and guide other creative team members in presentation storytelling, PowerPoint best practices, visual hierarchy, and executive communication design.

Visual Design Lead

• Work with brand teams and Creative Director to develop compelling visual designs that align with brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints (print, web, social, trade show, etc.)
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate scientific and marketing messages into clear and visually engaging graphics.
• Create infographics, illustrations, diagrams, layout templates, and presentations that communicate complex health/science information to diverse audiences (HCPs, patients, stakeholders).
• Prepare print-ready files and digital assets, manage production vendors, and ensure quality control (color management, typography, proofing).
• Maintain and update a digital asset library, design templates, and brand toolkit.
• Stay current on design trends, digital tools, technologies, and industry best practices; propose improvements in processes and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. FDA, EMA), (internal) brand and medical-legal standards, including version control and archiving.
• Occasionally attend trade shows or internal events for on-site design/production support.

• As the Graphic Designer I, you will play an important role in furthering our mission by using current and trending design concepts, technologies and tools to create compositions that visually represent our brand, and by preparing files for production and managing technical specs for everything from ads to packaging.
• In this role you will collaborate with freelancers, vendors and team members across the ministry in preparing deliverables designed to engage our current and prospective partners, members, churches, clubs, discipleship leaders, and children in the mission and call to action of Awana.
• You’ll thrive in this role if you can craft compelling visual narratives and support the team with production responsibilities while having a heart for mission work that directly impacts the lives of children and youth around the world.
• This position is primarily remote with some travel required based on strategic organizational meetings, including annual conferences and assisting with occasional photoshoots. Primary travel locations would be our offices in St. Charles, IL or Nashville, TN.

Graphic Designer I

• Support requirements of incoming requests from marketing leadership and fee-earners as it relates to creative support
• Attend strategy sessions with marketing and communications leadership, fee-earners and research as required
