• Oversee and manage GM Europe's legal affairs under the supervision of the Regional General Counsel
• Provide proactive legal services related to corporate/commercial matters, employment, litigation management, and more
• Direct external legal counsel and collaborate with other legal counsel within GM's legal staff
• Contribute to GM Europe’s success by combining legal and business acumen
• Manage multiple large-scale projects and collaborate with business units

Senior Legal Counsel

• Own and oversee Visium's legal, governance, and compliance framework across all entities.
• Advise leadership on corporate governance, shareholder matters, financing activities, and strategic initiatives.
• Lead the review, negotiation, and optimization of commercial agreements with customers, partners, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including data protection, AI, and sector-specific requirements.
• Support employment, contractor, mobility, and equity-related matters across multiple jurisdictions.
• Develop scalable legal processes, templates, and risk management frameworks that enable business growth.
• Coordinate and manage external legal counsel when specialized expertise is required.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the Executive Team, balancing legal risk with commercial objectives.

Head of Legal – Part-time

• independent monitoring of compliance with stock exchange regulations and enforcement of transparency obligations for companies listed on the Swiss stock exchange in the specialist areas of ad hoc publicity and management transactions
• preparation and conduct of preliminary investigations as well as investigation and sanctioning proceedings
• oral and written responses to inquiries from issuers and their representatives
• legal support on general legal matters and collaboration on internal projects

Legal Counsel

• Manage and support key IP activities in Europe
• Contributing to IP disputes, legal proceedings, EP oppositions & prosecution strategies
• Advise on new PCT filings and European patent applications
• Monitor, review and contribute to European IP related to strategic assets
• Provide IP counselling to commercialization teams on patent and other IP issues
• Support IP diligences in transaction and in-licensing opportunities
• Foster an IP culture and provide IP trainings to BMS business units
