Game Engineer

• You will work on challenging projects for premium clients, delivering the highest standards of quality and aesthetics as an experienced Lead Lighting and Shading Artist
• You will take a leadership role on projects, providing support and guidance to other lighting artists
• You will take responsibility for ensuring the best visual and technical quality in the assets you create
• You will work closely with our development team to further advance our CGI pipeline and workflows

Lead Lighting and Shading Artist, Unreal

• Environment Design: Take ownership of creating highly immersive and visually compelling environments from scratch for Unreal Engine, with an emphasis on quality, performance, and optimization.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with new tools, techniques, and best practices in environment creation and Unreal Engine. Promote innovative solutions and continuously push the boundaries of what can be achieved with virtual production.
• Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project needs, providing regular progress updates and ensuring the artistic vision aligns with client expectations.
• Quality Control & Performance Optimization: Maintain a balance between visual fidelity and performance. Ensure that assets are optimized for rendering without compromising on visual quality.

Senior Environment Artist – Unreal Engine

• Build and ship features for the 3D editor — from scene manipulation tools to UI panels — using Unity's UI Toolkit, MVVM, and a Redux-style state management layer.
• Work on a real-time collaboration system, enabling multiple users to edit a scene simultaneously in the browser.
• Profile and optimize WebGL/WebAssembly performance — tackling load times, memory management, and the unique constraints of a browser-hosted Unity runtime.
• Integrate with cloud services and 3D asset pipelines, connecting the editor to Unity's ecosystem for asset management, authentication, publishing, and analytics.
• Strengthen quality and delivery through testing (EditMode, PlayMode, integration), CI/CD contributions, and thoughtful code reviews — while fostering a culture of innovation, teamwork, and technical excellence.
