Senior Analysis Engineer

• Lead and develop structural simulations and analyses, including but not limited to static and dynamic analysis such as shock, modal, random vibration, short circuit, fatigue, etc.
• Perform verification and validation of simulation methods by correlating analysis results with real test data to ensure prediction accuracy
• Drive effective design improvement plans to enhance product structural performance and reliability in harsh conditions
• Identify potential risks at an early stage of the design process, challenge existing technical solutions, and influence final designs through performance and strength assessments
• Support sales and project execution related to shock and vibration standards, including technical discussions with suppliers and customers
• Ensure a safe work environment and compliance with design and quality standards
• Drive the adoption of FEA best practices and processes within the team

Senior R&D Engineer – Simulation Specialist

• Provide technical leadership and expert guidance on controls and monitoring systems across the EMEA portfolio.
• Develop and maintain controls standards, integration principles, alarming philosophies and resilience requirements aligned to STACK operational objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, automation, system optimization and alarm quality.
• Review controls designs, technical submissions, commissioning documentation and integration strategies to ensure compliance with operational requirements.
• Support commissioning, operational acceptance and handover activities for new facilities, expansions and major upgrades.
• Define and assure controls acceptance criteria, testing requirements and evidence standards, ensuring smooth transition into live operations.
• Provide technical support and escalation guidance during major incidents, helping to drive high-quality root cause analysis and long-term corrective actions.
• Maintain governance standards for controls systems including backups, version control, testing, validation and change management.
• Partner with vendors, consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery and operational performance across the portfolio.

Senior Controls Engineer – Technical Operations, EMEA

Software Engineering Architect

• Own engineering planning, workload coordination, and technical prioritization to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Ensure alignment with the Field Operation Manager.
• Coordinate across customer projects and program priorities to ensure effective resource planning and avoid conflicts in workload and delivery.
• Review and approve engineering deliverables, ensuring compliance with customer specifications, internal processes, and relevant industry standards.
• Act as the primary technical interface with the customer, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and drive decisions. Support design reviews, risk assessments, change management, and root-cause analysis throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate commissioning, testing, and start-up support activities, including technical troubleshooting when required. Contribute to continuous improvement by standardizing engineering practices, sharing lessons learned, and mentoring less experienced engineers.
