Full-stack Engineer

• Lead the engineering scope across all lifecycle phases, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, applicable standards, and Honeywell’s quality expectations.
• Provide technical leadership and day-to-day guidance to engineers working on automation, control, and system integration activities.
• Own engineering planning, workload coordination, and technical prioritization to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Ensure alignment with the Field Operation Manager.
• Coordinate across customer projects and program priorities to ensure effective resource planning and avoid conflicts in workload and delivery.
• Review and approve engineering deliverables, ensuring compliance with customer specifications, internal processes, and relevant industry standards.
• Act as the primary technical interface with the customer, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and drive decisions. Support design reviews, risk assessments, change management, and root-cause analysis throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate commissioning, testing, and start-up support activities, including technical troubleshooting when required. Contribute to continuous improvement by standardizing engineering practices, sharing lessons learned, and mentoring less experienced engineers.

Industrial Automation Lead Engineer

• Lead the design and development of HMH Equipment Control System solutions
• Take end-to-end ownership of control system software deliveries
• Diagnose complex issues in existing PLC systems
• Ensure robust integration of PLC systems with other automation components
• Define and maintain high standards for software quality
• Drive technical decisions and contribute to system architecture improvements
• Produce and ensure high-quality, structured documentation
• Act as a key interface with stakeholders
• Support project execution by proactively identifying risks
• Mentor and support other engineers to strengthen team capability
• Promote and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) policies

Lead Control System Software Engineer

• Split time roughly 70/30 between hands on engineering and leading a squad of four engineers
• Take end to end ownership of features from discovery and design to deployment and improvements in production
• Work closely with product managers and designers
• Maintain high engineering standards across frontend and backend systems
• Improve reliability, scalability, performance, and maintainability of the platform
• Automate operational workflows and improve developer experience internally

Lead Engineering

• Develop and maintain proprietary image-based AI technologies for aquaculture.

Staff Software Engineer

• Qualification, review, and approval of Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and Procedure Qualification Records (PQR)
• Technical assessment and validation of welding documentation in line with IIW, ISO, EN, ASME, NORSOK and relevant DNV documents (e.g., DNV-OS-C401, DNV-RP-B204, DNV-ST-F101 and DNV-ST-C101)
• Review and verify documentation for well control, workover and subsea equipment against manufacturer requirements and applicable standards.
• Perform surveillance and witness activities, including second- and third-party inspection and testing.
• Evaluate and follow up inspection and test results (welding, NDT, FAT) and confirm closure of findings.
• Manage and contribute to projects within welding, materials and quality scopes as required.
• Recertification Quality Engineer scope: plan and execute documentation review and verification activities for recertification projects, including review of ITPs, hold/witness points, scope alignment to applicable requirements, and compilation/review of recertification dossiers (manufacturing records, repair history, inspection/NDT results, pressure/load test records, material certificates and release notes).
• Ensure materials and welding traceability throughout the lifecycle (MTR/EN 10204, heat/lot traceability, consumable control and PWHT records) and verify compliance with client specifications and relevant standards.
• Lead and participate in nonconformance handling (NCR), root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA); provide technical input on weld repair dispositions and acceptance criteria.
• Support vendor qualification and quality follow-up: review supplier quality plans, assess welding/NDT capability, and contribute to audits and surveillance as required.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements, present findings, and support timely closure of technical and quality issues.
