• Building and maintaining a good relationship with the assigned customers.
• Sending monthly sales invoices and statements to customers.
• Chasing overdue invoices.
• Provide updates and information on the assigned customers.
• Follow up on customer’s queries.
• Perform customer accounts reconciliation.
• Perform monthly cashouts from affiliate wallets.
• Monitoring of debtors’ balances including clearing up of credit balances.
• Maintaining an updated list of active accounts on the revenue report.
• Report any slow-paying or non-paying customers to Account managers and the Legal department if necessary.
• Assisting in the monthly reconciliations.
• Posting of sales invoices.
• Assisting in the audit-related queries.
• Updating the weekly receivables reports.

Finance Associate – Receivables

• Prepare and support financial data migration into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP)
• Structure, cleanse, and validate general ledger, subledger (AP/AR), and fixed asset data
• Support data loading activities including journals, opening balances, and master data
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data prior to migration
• Assist in fixed asset setup, migration, and reconciliation
• Support finance teams during data validation and reconciliation cycles
• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies in collaboration with business stakeholders
• Contribute to migration templates, data structures, and validation rules
• Document data preparation steps and reconciliation results

Finance Data Migration Support – ERP, Business Central

• own the measurement layer of the entire business
• connect revenue operations data to financial outcomes and surface insights that drive decisions at the CEO level
• build and maintain SaaS metrics infrastructure — ARR waterfall, cohort retention analysis, revenue recognition schedules
• reconcile Salesforce bookings data against QuickBooks revenue entries
• produce monthly and quarterly financial and revenue packages for leadership
• model scenarios for pricing changes, product bundling, geographic expansion, and headcount investment
• monitor pipeline health and translate pipeline data into revenue forecasts
• ensure data integrity between CRM and accounting systems, flagging discrepancies before they compound
• support board-level and investor-level reporting with clean, defensible metrics
