Financial Planning and Analysis

• Reporting to the Group Accounting, Consolidation & Finance Transformation Director.
• Responsible for structuring, managing, and consolidating the financial operations of the Corporate entities in Lux.
• Structure the accounting organisation.
• Ensure the quality of accounting entries in the system, covering external and interco financing activities, OPEX and costs of M&A projects.
• Complete monthly, quarterly and annual closings under local GAAP and IFRS in a timely manner (quarterly consolidation package).
• Contribute to Financial fast close set up.
• Manage relationships with Local auditors up to the issuance of audit reports (Group audit and local statutory audits).
• Lead tax declaration processes with the assistance of external advisors and support the challenge of tax opportunities managed by Head of Tax.
• Support ad-hoc analyses and studies, particularly in close relationship with Tax Department (Transfer prices documentation) and Treasury Department.
• Ensure Tax compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments and coordinate all corporate finance structuring.
• Monitor monthly budget execution (Opex, Financing) in close interaction with the relevant departments at Corporate level.
• Prepare and oversee the budgeting and reforecasting process in collaboration with the concerned departments.
• Produce monthly performance analyses, dashboards, and activity reports for the finance department and executive committee.
• Contribute to optimizing the use of the finance system and participate in automating dashboard production.
• Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and propose optimization.
• Organize the financing activities with a strong attention to internal control best practices and internal guidelines.
• Approve spending commitments in line with Group policies.
• Implement SOX procedures and documentation according to the yearly SOX group roadmap.
• Organize and plan the team’s activities, including OSP.
• Ensure scalability of the organization to support fast strategic development of the organization.
• Implement financing structuring collaboratively with Data4 Group departments.
• Set and monitor individual and collective objectives. Ensure team members’ skills development.

Head of Finance

• Manage procurement SG&A requests from all internal stakeholders, by collecting all mandatory information enabling the creation of purchase orders in our ERP.
• Follow financial process, from purchase to invoice payment, according to internal requirements
• Collaborate closely with requesters and finance teams, particularly Account Payable team,
• Create General Sales invoices, after collecting all necessary information
• Handling all queries and delivering high quality standards while meeting deadlines.

Financial Assistant – Enabling Services

• Advising clients on all matters relating to banking and finance and regulatory issues
• Being involved in a wide variety of finance operations such as secured lending, acquisition and real estate finance, financial collateral arrangements, bond issuances and listings on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, etc
• Initiating, building and maintaining effective client relationships

Associate – Banking & Finance

• Assist in designing and implementing non-financial risk management (i.e. operational risk management including third-party and compliance risk management) solutions for our financial entity clients, both locally and internationally.
• Actively contribute to regulatory compliance projects (i.e. regulatory gap assessments, framework design and implementation etc.), for different types of financial entities (banking institutions, asset managers, investment firms, payment and electronic money institutions, etc.)
• Assist in designing and implementing internal control frameworks across the three lines of defense.
• Assist in conducting independent reviews of regulatory topics (i.e. internal governance, investor protection, outsourcing etc.) and related risk management processes
• Leverage on your knowledge, experience and communication skills to deliver outstanding quality services to clients
• Develop cohesive conclusions and participate in the report writing, analysis and presentation of results to clients
• Develop a set of new risk management practices to address the challenges posed by new type of entities or products (Crypto/digital assets, fintech, …)

Senior Consultant – Non-Financial Risk Management

• Lead engagements by setting objectives and scope, developing tailored work plans, and managing project delivery.
• Design practical solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with their organizational goals and operational needs.
• Build and develop relationships with clients while identifying new business opportunities.
• Manage and guide junior consultants to maintain quality and exceed delivery expectations.
• Optimize client operations by implementing innovative processes and strengthening organizational controls.

Manager – Business Transformation, Investment Management

• Master local regulations shaping UCITS and AIF cross-border distribution worldwide.
• Lead maintenance and development of our proprietary regulatory database;
• Provide expert interpretation of rules for funds across multiple jurisdictions;
• Advise on regulatory changes and their business implications;
• Spearhead client projects with end-to-end ownership;
• Cultivate and expand key relationships with asset managers while growing our network;
• Leverage AI tools to automate, optimize quality, and elevate client satisfaction;
• Design innovative service offerings and drive business development to grow our client portfolio.

Investment Funds – Regulatory Compliance Consultant / Senior Consultant

• Build expertise in local regulations shaping cross-border distribution of UCITS and AIF worldwide;
• Contributing to the continuous maintenance and development of the department’s regulatory database;
• Interpret applicable rules for funds marketed across multiple jurisdictions;
• Advise on regulatory changes and their business implications;
• Support client projects;
• Foster strong client relationships with asset managers while growing our network;
• Leverage AI tools to automate processes, boost quality, and enhance client satisfaction;
• Collaborate on preparing service offerings and contribute to business development initiatives.

Investment Funds, Regulatory Compliance Analyst

• Design and implement credit risk management solutions
• Conduct modelling, independent reviews, and validation of credit risk models (PD, LGD, EAD etc.)
• Advise on credit risk policies and frameworks
• Contribute to regulatory compliance projects (CRR/CRD IV and IFRS9)
• Deliver high-quality services to clients, leveraging your knowledge and communication skills
• Develop and present cohesive conclusions on report findings to clients
• Assist clients in preparing for Regulatory Reporting (COREP, FINREP etc.)

Intern, Financial Risk Management

• Understand the decision-making process by learning about optimizing accounting, closing, planning and budgeting, management reporting
