About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage procurement SG&A requests from all internal stakeholders, by collecting all mandatory information enabling the creation of purchase orders in our ERP.
  • Follow financial process, from purchase to invoice payment, according to internal requirements
  • Collaborate closely with requesters and finance teams, particularly Account Payable team,
  • Create General Sales invoices, after collecting all necessary information
  • Handling all queries and delivering high quality standards while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Holds a University or Bachelor's degree in an administrative-related field, with 1-2 years of relevant experience in administrative roles.
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and customer-focused skills, always maintaining a professional approach.
  • Demonstrates proactivity, very good organizational and multitasking abilities, and delivers high-quality work.
  • Proficient in IT tools, including Excel, Outlook, and ideally SAP; comfortable working with figures and understanding financial concepts; fluent in English and French.
