• Lead and support the annual budgeting cycle, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning across European business units

Senior Manager, FP&A

• manage the monthly regional reporting process within Group reporting systems (Symphony/Hyperion)
• prepare regional and Group-level analytical reports and closing presentations for management
• ensure that regional forecasts and budgets are submitted on time, meet quality standards, and are properly uploaded and validated
• drive standardization and continuous improvement of reporting processes and tools
• collaborate with local finance teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• support regional management with ad-hoc analyses, business requests, and presentation materials
• ensure timely and accurate monthly Group reporting by affiliates in line with Group requirements
• review monthly submissions to identify errors, inconsistencies, and anomalies in country reporting
• perform data validations and coordinate corrections with local teams
• support countries in adhering to Group reporting guidelines, including new accounting standards
• ensure budget and forecast submissions are completed on time, meet quality standards, and comply with Group requirements
• support acquisition-related reporting requirements

• Own and maintain the consolidated financial planning and analytical database for Fossil EMEAA, integrating inputs across EMENAT, APAC, and SSA sub-regions
• Lead all core FP&A cycles for the EMEAA region including Forecast, Budget, Pacing, and Long Range Forecast in close coordination with the HQ FP&A team
• Ensure financial information flows from sub-regions to region to HQ in a structured, transparent, and timely manner — balancing summarized regional views with drill-through visibility to sub-region and country-level detail
• Coordinate across sub-region finance and operating teams to ensure consistency, completeness, and accuracy of financial submissions
• Prepare and consolidate regional reporting packages and presentation materials for the EMEAA CFO and General Manager
• Provide variance analysis and commentary on regional performance vs. plan, forecast, and prior year
• Support the EMEAA CFO during peak planning and close periods (~8 weeks per quarter), serving as a reliable and proactive analytical resource
• Identify and escalate financial risks and opportunities across the EMEAA region in a timely and structured manner
• Support the HQ FP&A Income Statement manager on transformation projects and data & analytics capability building during off-peak periods (~4 weeks per quarter)
• Contribute to the development of scalable, automated reporting solutions that reduce manual effort and improve data accessibility across the Fossil and Steam Power Services finance team
• Help build and incorporate AI-assisted tools and workflows into FP&A processes as the organization develops these capabilities
• Actively identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and transparency of regional financial reporting processes
• Serve as a technology-forward resource within the team, championing the use of modern tools to democratize financial data
