Part-time Financial Crime Compliance Manager – Internal Services

• End-to-end management of investor subscription and redemption processes for Luxembourg funds (RAIF/AIF structures) and our funds in other jurisdictions
• Collection, review, and follow-up of KYC/AML documentation from investors, ensuring completeness and compliance with applicable requirements
• Acting as the primary investor contact throughout onboarding, handling queries professionally and efficiently
• Liaison with the external fund administrator for the timely transmission and reconciliation of subscription and KYC files
• Monitoring open items and maintaining up-to-date investor records and pipeline trackers
• Coordination with the internal sales team to support investor onboarding from pipeline to close
• Contribution to the ongoing improvement of onboarding workflows, templates, and internal procedures
• Support on periodic AML refresh exercises and investor recertification cycles

KYC & Investor Services Analyst

• Conduct Client Onboarding for various jurisdictions, file reviews to confirm that all Customer/ Client Due Diligence (CDD) and Know Your Customer/ Client (KYC) documentation is in hand and up to date, identifying where gaps exist and remediation is required; ensuring that Intertrust is in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Form part of the vital team of the Client On-boarding of new clients with focus on the CDD required & the integrity of the data stored on our systems to ensure that compliance with regulations is effective and appropriately maintained.
• Assist the 'Associates' in their understanding of and ability to undertake this work, developing them to better service our clients.
• Conduct CDD & KYC documentation on prospective clients. Following internal policies & procedures for onboarding clients in different jurisdictions/globally.
• Sound understanding of the potential risks and performing risk classification for every client file.
• Record missing requirements as action points within internal systems, following standard input protocol.
• Carry out reviews on the assigned portfolio of companies, trusts, foundations and partnerships etc. and to escalate issues/observations identified.
• Liaise with local business teams informing them of missing requirements to facilitate collection, circulation among relevant teams, and storage within appropriate systems/applications.
• Monitoring of reporting to ensure adequate progress being made to close action points, escalating to local teams according to specific escalation cycle.
• Assist with the collection of know your client (“KYC”) information, including obtaining satisfactory due diligence on UBOs, directors, shareholders and partners in cooperation with the local teams.
• Review work carried out by the associates in the team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and legally compliant deliverables.
• Perform client administration duties such identifying gaps in KYC data required, completing reviews of existing KYC data on the systems.
• Perform ad hoc client administration duties like prepare & review of tasks that an Associate is expected to perform.

Senior AML Specialist

• KYC/AML Manager role:
• You will be ensuring the preparation of the client CDD files for final review by the Head of AML/RR.
• You will be coordinating appropriate CDD documentation process on clients and investors’ files.
• You will be maintaining an overview of complete and incomplete CDD records and ensuring action is taken to complete all CDD records.
• You will timely follow up on pending CDD requests keeping compliance with CREIF escalation and follow up procedures.
• You will manage maintenance and safekeeping of CDD documents and files.
• You will be liaising with business teams on a daily basis responding to client AML queries.
• You will be ensuring queries and emails are responded to in a timely and accurate manner.
• You will be ensuring that clearing and/or investigating/verifying possible matches as generated by the scanning application that Citco uses to scan their client base against lists of undesirable persons.
• You will be maintaining a database of High-Risk clients and ensuring the appropriate actions is taken with regards to these.
• You will be keeping informed as to present and future legislation and regulatory developments in the jurisdiction.
• You will be guiding/assisting with clients specific CDD reviews.
• You will ensure the AML applications are consistent with the Company’s AML policy and risk assessment.
• You will be an escalation point for clients and Citco employees on all AML/CDD queries
• You will provide information to management in respect of AML/CDD issues arising.
• You will maintain delivery of a high-quality service level to clients and other Citco departments ensuring all queries are dealt within a professional manner and escalating where appropriate.
• You will be managing specific projects which may arise from time to time.
