• Provide professional field service support for Molecular Devices products
• Perform installations, service repair, and preventative maintenance
• Analyze and solve problems for clients

Field Service Engineer

• Install, service and monitor the equipment fleet: order spare parts for interventions, open service requests and intervention work orders, perform instrument updates, provide hands-on training during the installation phase (Hematology) and coordinate deployments at installation sites

Field Service Engineer – Southeast

• Installation, commissioning and service of gauging and measurement systems
• Troubleshooting of complex electro-mechanical and sensor-based systems
• Preventive maintenance, calibration and system optimization
• On-site customer support and technical training
• Service documentation and reporting
• Close collaboration with engineering, factory and commercial teams
• Identify service, upgrade or spare part opportunities at customer sites

Field Service Engineer – Gauging, Process Analytics

• Provide on-site evaluation, maintenance, and repair services for Upright CT and Patient Positioning devices and other products
• Interface with key customer contacts on equipment issues
• Ensure satisfaction to primary customers
• Maintain communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up
• Keep up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service reports and internal service records
• Identify Sales opportunities and communicate to the sales team
• Work as a team member to provide efficient and cost-effective service delivery
• Complete all administration tasks on time
• Teach and assist other Field Engineers on advanced and complex troubleshooting

Field Service Engineer – Level III

• Receive, analyze, and record technical requests related to our DXR (Diagnostic X-ray) solutions
• Perform remote diagnostics to resolve incidents efficiently
• Create and track work orders, maintaining transparent and regular communication
• Manage complaints and security-related escalations
• Contribute to knowledge development by writing and updating the knowledge base
• Participate in the management and execution of small projects

Service Engineer – Xray

• Receive, analyze, and log technical requests for our DXR solutions
• Perform remote diagnostics to efficiently resolve incidents
• Create and manage Work Orders with transparent communication to the customer
• Handle complaints and safety-related escalations
• Contribute to knowledge development by writing knowledge base articles

Service Engineer – X-ray

• Perform preventative maintenance, system installations, upgrades, and complex repairs of IVF laboratory equipment at customer sites, ensuring compliance with CooperSurgical service standards.
• Utilize strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, mechanical, and software issues in laboratory equipment.
• Ensure all service activities are accurately documented and reported in a timely manner. Maintain complete and up-to-date records within the CRM system, including service reports, installation records, and customer interactions.
• Maintain calibration and operational readiness of service tools and equipment. Coordinate with the appropriate internal departments to ensure tools remain compliant with calibration and quality requirements.
• Work closely with Service Support, Scheduling, and Logistics teams to ensure necessary spare parts, tools, and documentation are available prior to site visits.
• Maintain current knowledge of CooperSurgical products and technologies through ongoing training and technical updates, ensuring the ability to support newly released or updated equipment.
• Approximately 70% or more travel, primarily within France with occasional international assignments.
