VP, Market Events

• Be part of an elite technician team that supports a wide range of projects — from major broadcast events (NFL, NBA, golf, college sports) to assisting Utilities customers or serving as part of a turnaround team in a refinery.
• Provide specialized broadcast power support for live sports and media productions with networks such as ESPN, NBC, and CBS, understanding their unique site setup requirements and timelines.
• Install, commission, service and repair Aggreko generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and/or OFA systems.
• Install and commission for Events Services and other complex broadcast projects.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures both on Events Services and in the service centers.
• Serve as a primary client-facing representative on-site, communicating clearly and professionally with technical managers from broadcast companies.
• Ensure the completion of minor repairs and major overhauls on time, to standard and within agreed budgets.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of, practice, and promote safe working conditions in accordance with OSHA, EPA and other required regulations dealing with safe operation of all equipment.

Technician 1 – Events Temp Control

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
• Sweeps and/or vacuums floor.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empties wastebasket and transports trash and waste to the disposal area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Transports small equipment or tools between departments.

Hospital Housekeeper – Full-Time, Part-Time

• Own and manage the digital production lifecycle of all virtual HealthStream User Group sessions and webinars in partnership with the program lead
• Lead end-to-end live and on-demand event production, including platform setup, speaker coordination, rehearsals, facilitation support, and live event execution.
• Ensure a high-quality video and broadcast experience, including managing audio/visual standards, speaker setup and coaching, and real-time troubleshooting during live sessions.
• Support and produce hybrid and livestream components of in-person events, ensuring a seamless experience for both in-person and virtual attendees.
• Manage and optimize the digital event technology stack — including platforms such as Sequel.io, Cvent (virtual components), Zoom, and integrations with Higher Logic, Salesforce, and Marketing Cloud.
• Partner with Product Marketing and the HealthStream User Group lead to develop and manage the digital events content calendar.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive customer engagement before, during, and after each event.
• Translate digital event engagement data into actionable insights — analyzing attendance, engagement, and satisfaction trends to continuously improve programming and inform future strategy.
• Own post-event reporting and performance tracking, providing clear recommendations to improve content, format, and delivery.

Digital Events Manager

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of all SureCost events including tradeshows, webinars and the annual user conference; serve as the primary day-to-day contact with our events management company.
• Manage tradeshow logistics with the help of our Event Logistics Company (booth, shipping, staffing, materials and lead capture) and webinar execution (platform setup, speakers, registration, run-of-show and follow-up).
• Maintain detailed event project plans, timelines and budgets; coordinate promotional materials with our third party events contractors and graphic designer to ensure on-brand delivery.
• Partner with the Marketing Manager to integrate events into the broader campaign calendar; coordinate pre-event promotion across email and social and manage post-event lead workflows in HubSpot with Marketing Operations.
• Track and report on event performance metrics (registrations, attendance and leads generated) and bring recommendations to the Marketing Manager.
• Coordinate with the BDR Manager ahead of events to align on target accounts and outreach strategies; ensure the BDR team has timely lead data and campaign context after each event.

Marketing Events Coordinator

• Owns and drives the operational strategy for approximately 60 annual trade shows and event stores
• Ensures consistent, on-brand execution that serves churches and honors Lifeway's mission
• Defines event needs including size, layout, product curation, pricing strategy, signage, and attendee experience for national event stores and trade show conferences
• Leads the product curation process for all event stores, consulting with ministry teams to align offerings with church needs and Lifeway's resources strategy
• Oversees design, layout, and merchandising of exhibits, hospitality suites, trade show booths, and special projects — including oversight of new exhibit construction with cost management accountability
• Leads, coaches, and develops a cross-trained team of Event Leads and Coordinators capable of executing both trade shows and event stores with consistency and confidence
• Serves as on-site planning and logistics lead for major national events and trade shows, providing hands-on leadership across 20+ events per year
• Negotiates contracts with venues, transportation vendors, catering providers, and event partners to meet annual budget goals
• Oversee a $1M+ annual budget including forecasting, expense management, variance analysis, and post-event financial reconciliation
• Partners cross-functionally with Strategy & Creative, Finance, Logistics, IT, and Warehouse teams to coordinate responsibilities and maintain accountability across the event calendar
• Drives continuous improvement through post-event reviews, data analysis, and development of standardized workflows and SOPs for scalable event execution

Manager, Trade Show & Event Stores

• Own the full lifecycle of assigned events, trade shows, conferences, association programs, and partner activations
• Develop event-level strategies aligned to pipeline, brand, and customer engagement goals
• Define clear KPIs and success metrics for each event and proactively optimize toward them
• Evaluate performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve portfolio impact
• Identify opportunities to expand presence or adjust investment based on ROI and strategic alignment
• Own individual event budgets from forecasting through reconciliation
• Track and manage expenses with precision and transparency
• Negotiate vendor and partner contracts to maximize value and control costs
• Deliver accurate ROI reporting and pipeline attribution analysis in Salesforce
• Manage all logistics including venue coordination, booth design and setup, vendor selection, equipment rentals, freight and shipping coordination (including multi-stop shipments), and on-site staffing
• Oversee registration processes, attendee communications, travel coordination, and speaker logistics
• Coordinate production and distribution of collateral, giveaways, and promotional materials
• Maintain detailed project timelines, execution checklists, and contingency plans
• Anticipate risks and proactively resolve issues before they impact event performance
• Serve as on-site lead for assigned events, ensuring seamless execution and professional brand representation
• Build and manage relationships with industry associations, event organizers, and strategic partners
• Own the planning and execution of partner-sponsored events, including co-branded activations, regional field events, and joint conference participation
• Collaborate with Sales and Partnerships teams to align partner event strategy with revenue goals and account priorities
