• Ensure an above and beyond experience for hospitality guests at all circuit events
• Develop and manage all hospitality areas for events

• Build Solidgate's presence across target Western Europe markets — owning how we show up through events, ecosystem activity, and brand visibility from day one
• Build and own a commercially relevant network of founders, CEOs, and product leaders — the people who actually sign payment infrastructure contracts
• Partner with all sales team to turn brand and community into a qualified pipeline — every activation has a clear answer to: why does this bring us closer to a client?
• Activate existing strategic partnerships and establish new ones that generate referrals and co-marketing opportunities in Western Europe
• Design and run events people genuinely want to attend — not panels or webinars, but the side event everyone's talking about and the dinner where the right 20 people are in the room
• Work the conference circuit strategically — industry-leading events — and be visible where decisions get made.
• Develop media relationships and earn coverage that positions Solidgate as the builder's choice in European payments — a consistent market signal, not a press release machine

Sales Event Manager

• You'll be embedded in the IT Operational Excellence Department (IT OPEX) — the centralised control point for IT strategy, governance, and standards across a scaling product landscape.
• Your mandate is to fill a critical architectural gap: while ESB/middleware teams handle inter-domain routing, you take definitive ownership of intra-domain architecture and local system communications, ensuring decentralised product teams build integrations that are scalable, secure, and consistent — eliminating brittle point-to-point connections and preventing technical debt before it accumulates.

Principal Enterprise Integration Architect – ESB, API, Event-Driven

• Lead the coordination of international events from initial concept to on-site execution
• Act as the primary liaison between global venues, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Manage complex calendars, scheduling cross-functional meetings, overseeing intricate travel and event logistics
• Support the Expansion Team with budget reconciliation, expense tracking, and detailed performance reporting
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate travel logistics
• Manage both internal and external communications, ensuring brand voice consistency

Expansion Event Coordinator
