• Drive system-level improvements that reduce toil, improve developer experience and allow AIPE engineers to focus on solving problems for internal customers
• Build and embed AI-native engineering practices within the AIPE engineering team
• Use data, engineering signals and qualitative feedback to identify bottlenecks, improve development flow and lift team effectiveness
• Support the delivery and evolution of AI-powered engineering tools and workflows
• Lead, coach and grow a high-performing team of engineers, with clear expectations, regular feedback, career development and a strong product engineering mindset

Senior Engineering Manager, AI Powered Engineering
