Digital Marketing Strategist – Startups/SMB

• Maintain brand consistency across website, sales collateral, presentations, campaigns, events, partner materials, and digital touchpoints.
• Create and adapt digital marketing assets, including one-pagers, solution briefs, landing pages, website graphics, pitch decks, infographics, event collateral, case study layouts, and buyer journey materials.
• Support website content updates, landing pages, digital content refreshes, user experience improvements, and SEO-informed content structure.
• Partner with sales, product marketing, communications, and subject matter experts to develop clear, compelling customer-facing materials.
• Build reusable templates for decks, one-pagers, website assets, event materials, and sales collateral to improve consistency and speed.
• Translate complex products, technical topics, and market priorities into visually compelling, audience-friendly content.
• Organize and maintain a library of current, on-brand marketing and sales enablement assets.
• Use website and content performance data to recommend improvements to digital experiences, landing pages, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, designers, and web vendors as needed.

Brand & Digital Marketing Manager

• Plan and coordinate local marketing initiatives, events, and outreach efforts that increase brand awareness and generate leads
• Build and maintain partnerships with schools, parent groups, PTAs, local businesses, community organizations, and other referral sources
• Represent British Swim School at local events, networking opportunities, community functions, and promotional activities
• Identify opportunities for grassroots marketing, sponsorships, brand collaborations, and local visibility
• Help execute local promotions and community campaigns that align with enrollment goals and seasonal priorities
• Manage the creation, coordination, and execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, SMS, website, and social media

• Support campaign execution with digital marketing and advertising partners to ensure campaigns are set up correctly and launched on time
• Work with corporate website partners and digital vendors to update website content, promotions, landing pages, and key messaging
• Assist with social media planning, content coordination, publishing schedules, and brand consistency
• Serve as a key point of contact for local marketing execution with corporate support teams and external marketing partners
• Manage relationships and communication with website vendors, digital spend partners, social media partners, and other marketing service providers
• Submit requests, track deliverables, follow up on timelines, and ensure projects move forward efficiently
• Help maintain consistency between local promotions, national branding, website messaging, and digital campaign execution
• Track campaign results across email, SMS, paid digital, website, social media, and local marketing initiatives

• Design, deliver, and oversee online courses across Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing and related disciplines.
• Mentor adjunct faculty, staff, and other program stakeholders.
• Participate in service to the discipline and the institution, both internally and externally.
