• Definizione e implementazione, in collaborazione con le Unità di Ingegneria, dei requisiti del Configuration Management Model per l'intero ciclo di vita del prodotto aeronautico
• Assicurando la governance delle configurazioni, la tracciabilità delle modifiche e la conformità ai requisiti normativi e aziendali
• Contributo alla definizione delle metodologie e dei processi di Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
• Fornendo supporto funzionale e operativo durante le fasi di implementazione sui programmi
• Gestione e amministrazione dei sistemi informativi a supporto del processo di As-Designed Configuration Management
• Supporto all'abilitazione del Digital Thread e all'integrazione e continuità del flusso digitale dei dati lungo l'intero ciclo di vita del prodotto

PLM & Design Configuration Specialist

• Develop and design interior design concepts consistent with the brand's positioning and identity, for stores, showrooms and corporate spaces globally;
• Translate brand identity guidelines into distinctive spatial concepts, adapting them to local specificities (market, culture, regulations, space dimensions);
• Collaborate with external architecture firms and regional teams, interior design studios and general contractors, ensuring fidelity to the approved concept;
• Update and evolve the design manual / store concept guidelines, balancing global identity with local adaptation;
• Participate in the prototyping process of new furniture and design components, ensuring alignment with the brand’s aesthetic and functional standards;
• Follow specific projects on site when necessary, supporting the implementation phase and verifying adherence to design intent and technical requirements;
• Support in managing the full project lifecycle for store openings, restyling and renovations globally (planning, budgeting, execution, handover);
• Monitor budgets, timelines and procurement plans, ensuring adherence to costs and deadlines;
• Identify and mitigate project risks (technical, regulatory, on-site), ensuring compliance with local safety, accessibility and fire-code regulations;
• Support in monitoring project KPIs (time, cost, quality);
• Manage a portfolio of projects across multiple countries/regions in parallel, with differing priorities and levels of complexity.

Interior Design Project Manager

• Definition of the machine or plant layout.
• Design of components, machine assemblies, and format parts, including modifications and updates to existing designs.
• Development of the mechanical aspects of new functions, assemblies, and components, based on regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
• Mechanical design in compliance with project timelines and cost targets.
• Preparation and updating of the bill of materials (BOM) to ensure proper launch into production of the machine or its components.
• Evaluation of manufacturing processes, tolerances, and treatments required to ensure the functional performance of components.
• Contribution to the definition of safety requirements and participation in risk assessments (product, process, and operator safety).
• Monitoring and updating of technical project documentation (specifications, drawings, BOMs, project archiving, and assembly documentation).
• Support in the preparation of the machine technical file and testing protocols, in collaboration with the Documentation Department.
• Participation in testing and experimental trials on new assemblies or functionalities.
• Continuous interface with various departments within the division (production, quality, R&D, etc.) throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Support, when required, to pre-sales, after-sales, and marketing activities.
