Designer

• Architect and define next-generation data converter solutions, including: High-resolution and high-speed ADCs (SAR, Sigma-Delta(Discrete Time and Continuous time), Time-Interleaved)
• High-performance DACs (current steering, charge redistribution, segmented architectures)
• Translate system-level requirements (SNR, SFDR, ENOB, bandwidth, power) into detailed architecture and sub-block specifications
• Drive end-to-end design of data converters, including: Front-end signal conditioning, references, and clocking
• High-speed sampling circuits and precision analog core
• Calibration, linearity enhancement, and mismatch correction techniques
• Develop system-level and behavioral models (MATLAB/Simulink, Verilog-A/AMS) to validate architecture, noise shaping, and dynamic performance
• Lead detailed circuit design and analysis for critical blocks such as: High-speed comparators, opamps, DAC elements, reference buffers, and clocking circuits
• DAC mismatch and ADC linearity
• Perform deep analysis of performance metrics (SNR, SNDR, SFDR, INL/DNL, jitter sensitivity) and correlate with silicon results
• Drive silicon validation, debug, and performance optimization across PVT corners
• Serve as technical lead and interface with system teams, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Mentor junior designers and build technical depth in converter design methodologies across the organization
• Drive innovation and develop differentiated architectures, including patentable solutions.

Analog Data Converter Design

• Identify, analyze, and consolidate control system requirements by applying control theory and mathematical modeling
• Define, develop, and validate architectural and functional concepts at system and subsystem level to implement the identified requirements
• Design control systems with the desired behavior using control theory, mathematical modeling, and model-based development methods
• Support and drive the implementation of control concepts into software in close collaboration with the software team
• Develop software test cases, procedures, and test vectors based on High-Level Requirements and Low-Level Requirements
• Set up and configure the verification and test environment using the appropriate configurations and tools
• Perform verification and validation activities for control software in compliance with DO-178C, supporting the full certification process
• Support software and system integration issue debugging, worst-case analysis, and software performance evaluation
• Manage the validation status of change requests (CRs) for assigned functions and subsystems
• Use software engineering tools such as configuration management systems, build processes, debuggers, emulators, simulators, and related development tools throughout the software lifecycle
• Perform technical root cause analysis and define corrective actions for identified issues
• Document and maintain required software verification artefacts and contribute to technical documentation quality
• Support software design reviews and contribute to verification, validation, test, and analysis results reviews
• Ensure adherence to Avio Aero / GE development processes and support internal and external process audits
• Formulate and implement plans to achieve technical requirements, program schedules, and contract commitments, while monitoring and communicating project status, business issues, and significant developments
• Work collaboratively across cross-functional and multinational teams to achieve technical and program objectives

• Conduct trend research – looking for ideas concept, colorways, details, textures, print and embroidery techniques, from vintage to the most innovative materials
• Design and rendering artworks for Collection and special project across all product Categories, by hands and/or using Adobe Suite
• Fitting and launching styles to production, atelier and factories in relation to animation execution, always in compliance with apparel design team
• General assistance during development process meeting and collection presentation
• Maintaining and updating documentation, ensuring accuracy and attention to details.
