Designer

• Support the design of new game systems and features that improve player experience
• Help write and update game design documents and simple user stories
• Work closely with artists, developers, and designers to bring features into the game
• Monitor feature performance and key KPIs (retention, engagement, monetisation), and suggest improvements based on data and player behaviour
• Assist in analysing game data and player behaviour to improve engagement
• Help test features, gather feedback, and support iteration cycles
• Contribute to balancing game economies and progression systems under guidance
• Participate in user research and usability testing sessions
• Support the team in improving UI and UX flows through basic wireframes or mockups
• Assist in preparing ideas for future features and roadmap planning

Junior Game Designer

• Creatively design media content to deliver targeted and effective customer communication
• Create visual assets for our social media channels, websites and promotional materials
• Assist in the conception and implementation of landing pages and other digital media
• Produce graphics, illustrations and videos to support our marketing activities
• Work closely with our marketing team and other departments to achieve strategic goals
