Agente de Atención al Cliente

• Provide first line response for customers requiring assistance with information technology issues and problems.
• Perform remote software implementations, and provide follow-up product support via telephone, email, and web-based contact channels.
• Deliver professional and timely client communications regarding updates, ongoing support items, and product implementation services.
• Thoroughly track, organize and document all product support related activities.
• Be part of a collaborative effort to improve the team’s performance indicators (KPIs/Dashboards), through data collection and reports.
• Develop and maintain a full understanding of Toolbox products and services and stay abreast of relevant industry trends and best practices
• Manage issues to resolution, updating the helpdesk system and communicating with relevant parties and managers.
• Monitor/Maintain system alerts and escalate errors.
• Quickly and accurately determine incident scope and impact of assigned tickets.
• Follow up on tickets at predefined intervals until resolved.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

IT Customer Care

• Respond to inquiries via live chat, email, and phone.
• Introduce financial products and services.
• Provide advanced financial customer service.
• Work with other departments as required.
• Contribute to teamwork to achieve goals.
• Consult with appropriate specialist staff as required.
• Perform other duties as directed by the manager.
• Offer guidance and troubleshooting support to assist clients.
• Handle client inquiries appropriately and ensure that high-level service is provided.
• Identify areas for improvement and share suggestions and feedback with the team.
• Work with other departments as required - change to Cooperate effectively with other departments.

Customer Support Officer

• Download and treat daily booking requests, to be sent to customers within the next period
• Handle all customer's demand to ensure all requests are promptly attended
• System accuracy: Ensure routes, weight, POL/PODs, commodities, temperature and all other info are accurate on PIL system
• Maintaining a good communication with other teams like Documentation and Sales Teams
• Booking amendments and maintenance
• File customers particularities to ensure a consistency on PIL service
• Follow up bookings from regular / BID customers’, to ensure they are coming within the expected timeframe
• Phone Attendance proving an excellent customer experience
• Customer Attendance / Satisfaction. Acts on the extra mile aiming for Customer Excellence
• Assist customer with problem solving
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer grievances
• Ensure adherence to Pocket PIL, selling this tool to customers in order to migrate the volume from other platforms
