• Performing the analysis of current client business processes, using functional knowledge of SAP shared platforms, as well as the laws of different countries to optimize the service
• Working on several modules of SAP HR: PA, PY, PT.
• Planning the parametrization and defining business based on the taking of requirements
• Resolving complex problems related to the functional environment of the application
• Monitoring HRSP implementation and performing customization required based on legal changes
• Completing presented solution with new identified needs in the taking of requirements
• Ensuring proper implementation of the solution in different environments (Development, Test and Production)
• Solving complex problems related to the application environment, using functional knowledge of the parameters in the system and the knowledge of legislation in the specific country
• Business analysis concerning the area of human resources and payroll
• Preparation of test scripts

SAP HCM Implementation Specialist – Payroll

• Own technical adoption for a portfolio of enterprise customers — onboarding, configuration, and integrating Rabbit into their GCP setup until they hit first measurable savings
• Be the go-to technical contact when something breaks — investigate, debug, and fix issues across data anomalies, pipelines, and BigQuery cost questions
• Advise customers on GCP cost strategy — BigQuery reservation models, slot management, billing mechanics — and how Rabbit fits in
• Run technical Q&A, troubleshooting sessions, and hands-on workshops with customer teams
• Relay field signal back to Product and Engineering — you’ll have more customer context than anyone, and the core team builds on what you surface
• When the product genuinely can’t cover a customer need, build a custom solution to bridge the gap — but the goal is always to fold that need back into the platform, not to maintain bespoke one-offs
