Partnership Development Director – Network Growth, Digital Assets

• Develop compelling digital assets strategy recommendations that enhance our competitive advantages by understanding market trends, competitive dynamics, and internal business capabilities.
• Define and evolve the digital asset ecosystem model, including participation frameworks, economic design principles, and network governance concepts.
• Develop multi-year strategic roadmap for market entry, ecosystem expansion, and competitive positioning within digital assets.
• Translate regulatory, competitive, and market dynamics into ecosystem and partnership strategy; identify strategic implications and recommendations.
• Establish institutional participation models supporting stablecoin and tokenized deposit initiatives (eligibility, roles, onboarding path, and operating expectations).
• Provide strategic guidance to partnership and commercialization leaders to ensure cohesive network design and sequencing.
• Create executive-ready including strategy narratives, market assessments, ecosystem frameworks, decision memos, operating model recommendations, and board- or senior leadership-level presentations.

Director, Strategy & Development – Digital Assets

• Act as the primary promoter of all Early Warning vision, products and solutions across customer executive teams and business units and assists the customer in maximizing the effectiveness of existing products.
• Lead identification, evaluation, negotiation, and lifecycle management of digital asset infrastructure partnerships (e.g., blockchain platforms, stablecoin ecosystem partners, custody/settlement providers, and compliance tooling).
• Structure commercial agreements and joint operating constructs that support scalable ecosystem participation and long-term flexibility.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Security, Architecture, Risk, and Legal to assess partner capabilities meet security, resiliency, integration, and third-party risk standards.
• Establish governance and performance frameworks (KPIs/SLAs) for infrastructure partners and drive ongoing health checks and optimization.
• Hold primary responsibility for identification, evaluation, and onboarding of new Early Warning partners, driving new revenue streams, capabilities, client platforms and data exchanges.

Partnership Development Director – Product & Infrastructure, Digital Assets

• Define and lead the strategy for integrating institutional financial assets into the Plume ecosystem, creating bridges between traditional capital markets and crypto.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with key institutional players including hedge funds, asset managers, banks, and family offices to increase adoption.
• Identify and execute new market opportunities by leveraging real-world assets to generate novel speculation, yield, and liquidity products.
• Represent Plume at industry conferences and discussions, positioning the company as a leading force in the convergence of traditional finance and decentralized systems.
• Oversee the development of capital markets infrastructure on Plume, focusing on asset tokenization, compliance, regulatory frameworks, and liquidity optimization.
• Collaborate with the product team to create RWA products and services such as derivatives, lending platforms, structured finance products, and yield-generation strategies designed for institutional investors.

Head of Digital Assets

• Support customer and regulatory inquiries related to digital asset–enabled products and emerging payment capabilities, ensuring materials are accurate, consistent, and aligned with compliance and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional responses for audits and exams involving new technologies, distributed systems, or external integrations, including gathering documentation from Product, Engineering, Risk, and Compliance teams.
• Maintain awareness of evolving regulatory expectations and audit focus areas related to digital assets and emerging payment models, incorporating updates into customer relations processes and documentation standards.
• Acts as a team leader providing direction and support to the Customer Relations team, ensuring they have the necessary resources, guidance, and training to succeed.
