About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain a commercialization prioritization framework to identify initiatives with the largest revenue impact, factoring in client value, time-to-market, dependencies, and risk.
  • Build business cases for target use cases and product investments, including revenue sizing, sensitivity analysis, and adoption/penetration assumptions.
  • Partner with go-to-market, sales, and relationship teams to translate pipeline signals into measurable opportunity sizing.
  • Own revenue modelling for each use case and monthly reporting to Head of Commercialization for priority initiatives; track forecast vs. actuals and identify drivers of variance.
  • Create performance dashboards and executive-ready reporting that clearly highlights: commercialization milestones, leading indicators (pipeline, activations, usage), revenue realization and attribution drivers.
  • Improve forecasting discipline by establishing consistent definitions, assumptions, and repeatable operating rhythms with Finance.
  • Work directly with product teams to integrate revenue insights into product roadmaps, including sequencing decisions, feature prioritization, and release impact measurement.
  • Define and monitor KPIs that connect roadmap deliverables to commercial outcomes (e.g., activation rates, usage, revenue per client, retention).
  • Support product managers with analytical inputs for roadmap trade-offs and investment decisions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5–10 years of experience in revenue analytics, FP&A, strategy, product analytics, or commercialization roles within financial services, payments, fintech, or technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and manage revenue forecasts, pro forma models, and performance measurement routines.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and analytical tooling; ability to operationalize repeatable reporting and dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Proven experience partnering cross-functionally with product and finance teams to influence decisions and outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills with a track record of translating complex concepts into clear, concise, executive-ready insights.
  • Experience with Asset Management, liquidity lifecycle concepts, and/or treasury/ALM-adjacent business drivers.
  • Experience developing pro forma estimates and defensible assumptions in ambiguous, early-stage product environments.
  • Familiarity with payments technologies and money movement capabilities (e.g., ACH, wire, RTP, card rails, cross-border, APIs).
  • Exposure to blockchain and digital assets, including stablecoins, tokenized deposits, tokenized assets, custody, or related ecosystems.
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations across multiple P&Ls and executive stakeholders.
  • Structured problem solving: can break down complex issues into clear hypotheses, analyses, and recommendations.
  • Executive communication: distills complexity into concise, substantive narratives and decision points.
  • Outcome orientation: prioritizes work based on measurable commercial impact.
  • Collaboration & influence: builds alignment across product, finance, and treasury partners without direct authority.
  • Attention to detail: ensures assumptions, models, and metrics are consistent and auditable.
