Counselor

• Du stellst unsere Software interessierten Schulen in packenden Live-Demos und Präsentationen vor (vor Ort und teilweise auch online).
• Du berätst potenzielle sowie bestehende Schulen und begleitest sie kompetent von der ersten Anfrage bis zum erfolgreichen Projektstart.
• Du arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsleitung sowie dem Marketing- und Onboarding-Team zusammen und bringst dich aktiv bei öffentlichen Ausschreibungen ein.
• Bei Bedarf hältst du mitreissende Workshops oder Schulungen vor grösseren Gruppen ab.

• Present our software in live demos and presentations to interested schools (on-site and online).
• Advise prospective and existing schools and support them from the first inquiry through project kickoff.
• Work closely with executive management as well as the marketing and onboarding teams.
• Conduct workshops or training sessions for larger groups as needed.

• Support for field service operations
• Selling repair services and coordinating processing: quotations, work orders, deliveries, returns, warranties, and goodwill approvals
• Assistance in handling problematic installations/systems
• Tele-diagnostics using digital tools
• Sales of spare parts and repair services with coordination of processing: quotations, orders, deliveries, returns, warranties, and goodwill approvals
