About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Present our software in live demos and presentations to interested schools (on-site and online).
Advise prospective and existing schools and support them from the first inquiry through project kickoff.
Work closely with executive management as well as the marketing and onboarding teams.
Conduct workshops or training sessions for larger groups as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Good knowledge of Escola or a similar school administration/management software.
Strong IT affinity.
Engaging communication skills.
Confident, professional German with precise written and spoken expression.
Independent and solution-oriented working style.
Negotiation skills.
Enthusiasm for the Swiss school environment and willingness to travel (2–3 days per week).
