• Own and manage EACs (Estimate at Completion), ensuring all deviations are clearly quantified with root-cause support

Finance Project Controller

• Perform ongoing plant accounting functions including balancing detail and general ledgers, month-end account analysis and reconciliations, and monthly general ledger close.
• Ensure accurate and consistent application of cost accounting principles, inventory controls, and operational reporting across all sites.
• Maintain the integrity of accounting information by reviewing variance analysis for all items impacting GM, including MUV and labor/burden absorption.
• Balance and maintain subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
• Assist plant managers in interpreting operating results and provide recommendations for cost reduction, margin improvement, and profit enhancement.
• Maintain the fixed asset capitalization process and supporting FA system to ensure accurate asset values and depreciation.
• Lead Margin Committee activities, including follow-up and improvement tracking at each site.
• Mentor and develop plant finance support teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Collaborate with IT and finance systems teams to enhance reporting tools and ERP utilization for plant operational benefit.
• Support integration of new sites, systems, or processes as part of standardization, growth, or transformation initiatives.
• All other duties and projects as assigned.

Senior Plant Controller – 50% Travel

• Joint responsibility with project managers for the financial success of the projects.
• Support Project Managers with project forecast preparation, analysis & reporting
• Challenge execution teams to mitigate/minimize potential budget variances through risk identification and quantification activities
• Manage project financial projections (Estimates at Complete) and ensure any deviations from budget are clearly quantified and supported by root cause documentation
• Contract review and performance evaluation to driving favorable financial results through Change Order management activities
• Management of project working capital

Senior Project Controller

• The Vice President, Corporate Controller is a senior finance leader responsible for the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of all accounting, reporting and finance operations for The Mutual Group (TMG) and our Member institutions operating in the mutual insurance company industry.
• This role oversees enterprise controllership functions, including GAAP and Statutory accounting, treasury operations, reinsurance accounting and administration, tax reporting and compliance, and SOX/SOC control environments.
• Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Accounting & FP&A, the VP, Corporate Controller plays a critical role in supporting scalable growth, strengthening financial controls, and meeting the reporting requirements of regulators, auditors, Member institutions, TMG executive leadership, Bain Capital and the Board.

VP, Corporate Controller

• Own the overall balance sheet review process on a quarterly basis for the SEI segment, including Intelerad, conducting balance sheet reviews, driving open items to resolution, deep-dive review of certain high-risk areas.
• Serve as controllership lead for Intelerad integration, including ERP and process integration.
• Communicate with Regional and Global controllership teams on help needed and reporting.
• Coordinate Intelerad day‑to‑day integration tasks, monitor progress, and escalate gaps.
• Partner with Intelerad finance teams on data alignment and reporting.
• Lead the transition of Intelerad controllership org to align with the GEHC controllership organization and procedures.
• Lead accounting processes for areas of direct segment responsibility including research & development, fulfilment activities and evolving software-enabled and commercial solution offerings.
• Includes periodic reviews with the operational/product teams to ensure appropriate recording, categorization, capitalization and impairment evaluations (if applicable).
• Review external software development programs for appropriate accounting, including controls, sign-off, impairment risk, amortization.
• Ensure consistency of accounting with GEHC’s accounting policies/procedures and collaborate with the Imaging Controller and Global Headquarters team to resolve any exceptions.
• Perform annual fair market value updates, including input from all regions to support various calculations at the Segment level.
• Partner with BD controllership to support on acquisition‑related activities including integration and earn‑out monitoring impacting SEI.
• Support the evolution of segment controllership capabilities, including alignment of accounting approaches for software offerings, commercial models, and longer-term or multi-element customer arrangements across the portfolio.
• Propose any segment-level accounting policies and procedures and collaborate with the Imaging Controller and Global Headquarters team to implement.
• Provide training to appropriate Finance Managers and CFO on segment-level policies and procedures.
• Partner with Regional and Statutory teams to enable accurate and timely STAT reporting.
• Support Regional and Global controllership teams on product functionality determinations and evolving revenue recognition considerations, particularly for software, bundled offerings, to comply with GEHC revenue recognition guidelines, including New Product Introductions (NPIs)

Global Controller

• Perform Assistant Controller functions as part of the client’s accounting services team and manage these functions for your clients.
• Act as a consultant and advisor to your clients on best practices for accounting and finance-related engagements.
• Provide project management expertise by managing multiple clients, work, and deadlines.
• Prepare and analyze client financial statements and make recommendations.
• Foster and build opportunities for our clients, communities, and people.
• Become an industry professional and attend industry-leading events and trainings.
• Maintain knowledge of the client’s organizational policies and procedures, federal and state policies and directives, and current accounting standards.

Assistant Controller – Nonprofit Industry

• Leading monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, targeting a 7-day close;
• Preparing a monthly "Reporting Package" for Management and the Board, including detailed variance analysis and bridges for EBITDA and Revenue;
• Serving as the primary liaison for the annual audit and all tax compliance requirements;
• Managing a team of 6-8 people across the various functions owned;
• Overseeing the complex billing lifecycle for clients, including fee-based retainers, project-based milestones, and high-volume media pass-through (print, digital, social);
• Managing and further automate recurring billing cycles, ensuring accurate mid-month upgrades, downgrades, and usage-based data sales charges;
• Ensuring contract compliance by reviewing client Master Service Agreements (MSA) to ensure billing triggers align with revenue recognition under ASC 606;
• Leading on collections strategy, including leading the "Order-to-Cash" process; establishing rigorous follow-up protocols to maintain a healthy DSO and maximize free cash flow generation;
• Supervising the full "Procure-to-Pay" workflow, ensuring all agency vendors, data providers, and software hosting costs are vetted and coded correctly.
• Owning the "Sequential Liability" process – ensuring media vendors are paid accurately once client funds are received, a critical function in the advertising space;
• Managing the corporate credit card program and employee expense reimbursement platform (e.g., Ramp), ensuring compliance with mandated travel policies;
• Managing working capital optimization by securing optimal vendor payment terms and by leading organized, efficient AP processes;
• Establishing and maintaining the company’s formal capitalization policy in strict accordance with **ASC 350-40** (Internal-Use Software) and **ASC 985-20** (Software to be Sold, Leased, or Marketed);
• Implementing and overseeing a rigorous time-tracking system to capture "Capitalizable vs. Non-Capitalizable" hours;
• Managing documentation, reporting and impairment testing to provide visibility and ensure accuracy of capitalized costs;
• Designing and enforcing a robust control environment to prevent fraud and ensure data integrity across the business platform;
• Optimizing the ERP (e.g., NetSuite or Intacct) to automate the flow between the Customer Relations Manager (CRM) (Salesforce/HubSpot) and the General Ledger.
