• Management of collection activities for assigned global customer accounts
• Follow-up on overdue invoices through email, calls with customers
• Coordination with Operations, Billing, Credit Management, and local Finance teams
• Escalation of critical overdue items and unresolved disputes
• Monitoring payment promises and follow-up actions
• Maintaining accurate collection notes and documentation in SAP/Fiori
• Preparation and distribution of statements of account
• Management of shared mailboxes and internal requests
• Supporting process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and SLAs
• Handling administrative activities with accuracy.

Credit Controller, Global VIP Accounts Collection Specialist

• Core team member in VA/VE workshops and key interface between Controlling and Commercial Planning
• Contribution to idea generation, escalation, and implementation of initiatives
• End-to-end ownership of all VA/VE-related controlling topics and coordination with plant controlling
• Reporting of VA/VE measures in relevant systems
• Follow-up on actions and knowledge transfer across teams
• Identification of current and future requirements, technologies, and tools for VA/VE financial analysis
• Participation in special projects within Product Controlling or EU Controlling

Value Analysis / Value Engineering Controller

• He/she reports directly to a manager of a Shared Service (CESP).
• He/she strongly collaborates with his/her BPC and the entities operational partners he covers, and invites his/her partners to use the tools and information he/she provides (ie the BI tools – Business Intelligence).
• He/she builds with his/her BPC the forecasts and draws up the reports and analysis for his/her entity, regarding the different indicators of the entity: sales for the commercial territories, CRI and variances for the factories, SG&A etc.
