Controller

• He/she reports directly to a manager of a Shared Service (CESP).
• He/she strongly collaborates with his/her BPC and the entities operational partners he covers, and invites his/her partners to use the tools and information he/she provides (ie the BI tools – Business Intelligence).
• He/she builds with his/her BPC the forecasts and draws up the reports and analysis for his/her entity, regarding the different indicators of the entity: sales for the commercial territories, CRI and variances for the factories, SG&A etc.

Business Support Controller, French/Italian

• Portfolio of reports, scorecards and requests
• First-level analysis of collected data (results and forecasts)
• Formats and items necessary to develop reforecasts (CRI, sales, SG&A)
• Promotion of the standardization of methods and procedures, and support for customer entities with the progress actions adopted in the CESP
• Business continuity (concerns some posts in CESP): progress facility, quality guaranty, quality obtention, training and tutoring

Business Support Controller, Hungarian

• Oversee accounting and operational activities for a portfolio of group companies
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting, maintaining compliance with local GAAP / IFRS and internal policies
• Support and actively participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes
• Perform variance analysis during the month-end close process
• Build and monitor budgets and forecasts for assigned entities; analyze and explain variances and trends (actuals vs. comparative periods, forecast/budget)
• Ensure compliance with tax filings and statutory reporting requirements
• Provide financial insights and ad-hoc support to management
• Prepare and deliver financial statements as requested
• Provide support during internal and external audits.
• Identify gaps, monitor, and continuously improve internal controls, financial processes, policies, and procedures

Financial Controller

• Ensure compliance with local statutory regulations/country requirements on books & record provisions
• Prepare and being responsible for accuracy of Statutory Financials per local GAAP, based on US-GAAP, for entities being in scope
• Coordinate statutory audits for entities and support resolution of findings
• Support Month End closing activities; partner regional/global finance centers, supporting US GAAP reporting
• Drive and support internal/external audits for entities and support resolution of findings
• Cooperate with all functions for M&A and LES projects in country, from a statutory perspective and ensure local implications are known
• Partner with internal stakeholders, including commercial finance, tax, treasury and legal on various projects
