• Lead the development and continuous improvement of global cost allocation methodologies for GBS and Information Security.
• Ensure allocation models comply with transfer pricing principles and tax regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with Tax, Legal, Corporate Finance, and local finance teams to validate allocation frameworks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate and optimize allocation drivers such as FTEs, service consumption, technology usage, and regional footprint.
• Promote transparency, consistency, and fairness in global cost allocation practices.
• Own and coordinate the annual budgeting process for both GBS and Information Security.
• Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles, providing insight into variances, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop multi-year financial plans that support strategic initiatives and long-term business objectives.
• Deliver meaningful financial reporting and management information to senior stakeholders.
• Conduct in-depth cost analyses to identify efficiency opportunities and support cost optimization initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted finance business partner to the Global Executive in Charge of Information Security, the Global GBS Leader, and their leadership teams.

Finance Controller – GBS, Global Information Security

• Zorg voor de dagelijkse kwaliteitsopvolging.
• In overleg met de kwaliteitscoördinator, bepaal je de analyses die door externe laboratoria dienen uitgevoerd te worden en bereidt u de relevante monsters voor.
• Voer je dagelijkse inspecties uit van de producten en grondstoffen op het terrein.
• Verzorg je de monstername van de grondstoffen en (half) producten.
• Voer je de kwaliteitsanalyses uit volgens gestandaardiseerde proefmethodes.
• Toets je de resultaten aan de vooropgestelde productspecificaties.
• Rapporteer je analyseresultaten aan het productie team.
• Verbeter je het beheer van de resultaten in een gegevensdatabank.
• Stel je de controle-instructies en procedures op.
• Ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud en netheid van het laboratorium en het up-to-date beheer van het labomaterieel.
• Verzorg je de administratie van het laboratorium.
• Volg je de certificatie op van onze toeslagproducten.
• Ben je in contact met de externe organen die de de certificatie van onze produkten waarborgen (en audits uitvoeren).
• Je bent in staat om op termijn de leiding te nemen over alle DBM laboratoria.

Quality Controller

• Een robuust documentcontrolesysteem opzetten en onderhouden dat engineeringtekeningen, specificaties, rapporten en correspondentie dekt.
• Ontvangen, registreren, distribueren en bijhouden van alle inkomende en uitgaande projectdocumenten nauwkeurig en op tijd.
• Zorgen dat documenten correct zijn opgemaakt, genummerd, geclassificeerd en geïndexeerd volgens vastgestelde procedures.
• Documentherzieningen beheren en zorgen dat alleen de laatste goedgekeurde versies toegankelijk zijn voor relevante belanghebbenden.
• Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren op documenten op volledigheid, nauwkeurigheid en conforme de project- en bedrijfsnormen.
• Coördineren met interne afdelingen en externe partijen om documentuitwisseling en tijdige indiening te faciliteren.
• Een uitgebreide elektronische en papieren documentarchief behouden.
• Projectteamleden trainen in documentbeheerprocedures en systeemgebruik.
• Ondersteunen van audits om te zorgen voor naleving van documentbeheerbeleid.

Document Controller

• As part of the Manufacturing Planning Department you are, together with your colleagues, responsible for the monthly follow-up of the annual budget & production process.
• You will be involved in the preparation & calculation of the P&L based upon the production plan, taking into account material cost, labour cost, energy cost, expenses, investments, supply cost and other elements.
• You will perform activities during the monthly closing process and analyse plan data versus result.
• You will monitor the stock levels in our organisation, assessing stock requirements & defective stocks to reduce the working capital cost.
• During developments of new products, you will be involved in the cost calculation, monitoring the profitability of new product launches.
• In the long run, you will be involved in strategic projects, examining the financial feasibility of innovation proposals and changes in process flows.
• You will be involved in the follow-up and reporting on compliancy matters such as the quarterly financial audit and legislation related to F-gasses which are a critical element in Daikin’s social commitment towards government & society.
• As part of the digitisation of the financial processes, you will be involved in the introduction of PowerBI reporting in the organisation.

Manufacturing Business Analyst – Controller

• Support reporting activities and financial analysis
• Work closely with the Financial Controller and Business Controller
• Actively contribute to performance monitoring, variance analysis and the development of management tools
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports; analyze costs, margins and variances against budget and forecasts
• Participate in the creation and updating of reports and dashboards
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses to support management decision-making
• Serve as a business partner by collaborating with controlling, accounting and other departments
• Act as a point of contact for financial data-related questions within your scope

Junior Controller
