Content Marketing Manager

• Partners with other teams to provide feedback and to obtain clarification on any question on policies
• Manages a team across all markets for the site and provides mentoring and coaching for their development

Content Moderation Lead – Mandarin

• Review reported content and respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy and accuracy
• Assist our community and help resolve inquiries empathetically, accurately and on time
• Investigate and resolve issues that are reported such as requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive content
• Gather, analyze, and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience on the site
• Recognize trends and patterns, escalating any issues outside company policy to the global team
• Ensure confidentiality, security, integrity and privacy of data as top priority

Senior Content Moderator Specialist

• Understand and analyze the global market and Partners Group portfolio investments to craft content used for marketing materials, portfolio reports, and other deliverables in support of capital raising activities.
• Collaborate closely with Partners Group's teams including but not limited to Royalties investment team, sales team and portfolio management team to maintain mastery of product offerings, Partners Group portfolios and current market trends.
• Utilize data tools and AI to update pitchbooks and client content pertaining to Partners Group Royalties products.
• Prepare compelling content for client publications and events, including due diligence days, investor calls and educational events, among others.
• Leverage Partners Group data systems and investment due diligence materials to respond to client requests relating to Royalties-focused programs.
• Take responsibility in projects to support the growth and development of Partners Group's Royalties client content team.

Royalties Content Expert – Client Content Solutions

• Support the capital raising and broader business development activities for Partners Group’s Infrastructure platform by creating client-facing and marketing content.
• Develop high-quality editorial and visual content across pitchbook, teasers, private placement memorandums (PPM), due diligence questionnaires (DDQ), request for proposal (RFP) responses, investor letters, portfolio updates, and presentations.
• Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all Infrastructure asset class materials.
• Analyze infrastructure market trends, portfolio developments, and investment case studies to craft clear, compelling, and accurate content.
• Produce, review, update, and enhance pitchbooks, PPM sections, product update presentations, and client reports.
• Work closely with Infrastructure Investment teams and sales teams to maintain familiarity with product positioning and portfolio activity.
• Prepare targeted content for client events, including investor calls, due diligence days, and Academies.
• Coordinate and respond to Infrastructure-related client requests, leveraging internal data systems and due diligence materials.
• Take ownership of defined projects that support the global Infrastructure content function and best practices.

Client Content Associate – Infrastructure

• Support the capital raising and broader business development activities for Partners Group’s Infrastructure platform by creating the full spectrum of client-facing and marketing content.
• Develop high-quality editorial and visual content across pitchbook, teasers, private placement memorandums (PPM), due diligence questionnaires (DDQ), request for proposal (RFP) responses, investor letters, portfolio updates, and presentations for due diligence events, academies, and other client engagements.
• Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all our Infrastructure asset class materials.
• Analyze infrastructure market trends, portfolio developments, and investment case studies to craft clear, compelling, and accurate content used across marketing materials and reporting.
• Produce, review, update, and enhance pitchbooks, PPM sections, product update presentations, client reports, and templates—leveraging data tools and increasingly AI-driven workflows.
• Work closely with Infrastructure Investment teams and sales teams to maintain deep familiarity with product positioning, recent transactions, valuations, and portfolio activity.
• Support new product fundraising launches.
• Prepare targeted content for client events, including investor calls, due diligence days, Academies, and education-focused initiatives.
• Coordinate and respond to Infrastructure-related client requests, leveraging internal data systems and due diligence materials.
• Take ownership of defined projects that support the growth and development of the global Infrastructure content function and best practices and standards within the team.

Content Expert

• Brainstorm and collaborate with the team to conceptualize compelling social content to develop engaging content that resonates across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and EDM.
• Conceptualize, visualize, design and execute creative content and layouts to support SEA-Oceania regional marketing campaigns
• Attuned to latest social and beauty trends and tap on the pulse of culture
• Create storyboards, shot lists, and pre-production materials for both site content and social-first content.
• Create timelines, shooting schedules and storyboards.
• Manage every phase of production from ideation, scripting, filming to post-production.
• Utilize photography and videography skills for marketing campaigns, including post-production and editing.
• Capture and edit original video content and have a hand in all phases of video production from pre-to-post (filming, editing, color correction, sound design, etc.)
• Design and produce marketing collaterals for print and digital, including websites, EDM, social media, brochures, banners, packaging print and other marketing materials and understand market design preferences
• Be the driver of “think outside the box” ideas, oftentimes thinking ahead of the curve, steering trend curation and thumb-stopping content audiences want to rewatch, share, and continuously tune in
• Highly proficient to shoot, edit and create short-form videos for social media platforms
• Work closely with regional team to maintain high production standards
• Troubleshoot technical issues when needed and work with the team on revisions through delivery.
• Researching and compiling social trends, ideas, competitors’ best-in-class examples, and cutting-edge executions to inform and propose new content
