Content Manager

• Responsible for building and sustaining a cohesive answer engine optimization (AEO) strategy
• Combines storytelling with technical and analytical expertise to translate audience insights into actionable strategies that increase search visibility, brand awareness, and engagement
• Uses subject matter expertise to collaborate in defining and leading the digital content vision, strategy and execution
• Operates with a high degree of independence and leadership to drive measurable outcomes by collaborating and partnering closely with cross-functional teams
• Partners to develop and maintain information architecture, governance, editorial operations, and ongoing optimization processes
• Drive innovation for a cohesive digital, content ecosystem that aligns with the enterprise strategy, buyer journey and brand positioning
• Serve as the internal AEO expert and strategic partner, explaining the “why” behind strategic content decisions to drive adoption of new digital content practices, and ways of working across teams
• Create partnerships, influences and educates to raise overall organizational knowledge and capability
• Optimize web pages for SEO, and ensures content supports credibility signals appropriate for enterprise B2B decision-making
• Refine information architecture, taxonomy, and content modeling to improve findability and reuse
• Partner with UX and development to ensure content is structured and machine-readable
• Apply digital content strategy into a practical operating model to include establishing and/or applying editorial standards, brand voice/tone, page patterns, QA checklists, review workflows and content governance models that scale across internal teams
• Own the editorial roadmap and content refresh strategy
• Use content analysis and editorial skills, serve as a hands‑on contributor for priority pages while setting standards, partnering and enabling others to scale content production while maintaining consistency and compliance
• Synthesize data across sources, analyze and identify opportunities to impact discoverability, engagement, conversion and socialize findings

Senior Digital Content Strategist

• Understand and articulate the creative vision for a project, aligning it with client objectives
• Develop an understanding of the target audience(s), their needs, and how they interact with the brand across touchpoints
• Meet with clients to discuss their goals for an upcoming marketing campaign, then Developing marketing campaigns that are aligned with client expectations.
• Developing marketing strategies that dictate the core methods of achieving the client’s goals
• Create documentation and write creative briefs that inspire and challenge teams to do their best work
• Partner with cross-functional teams including UX, design, copywriting, and development to bring concepts to life
• Coordinating goals with department heads responsible for enacting a marketing strategy
• Present concepts and rationale to internal and external stakeholders, adjusting as needed based on feedback
• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring quality standards are met and deadlines are met
• Conduct post-mortem analysis to identify areas of improvement for future projects
• Encourage out-of-the-box thinking and challenge team members to think outside their comfort zones
• Examining market and industry reports and identifying important trends
• Creating strategic plans that outline how to achieve goals within a specific time frame
• Monitoring the progress of marketing media throughout development
• Tracking results of marketing strategies
• Adjusting or ending marketing strategies if results are not meeting expectations
• Strategizing ways to increase sales and brand awareness through marketing efforts such as social media campaigns or targeted advertisements

Temp Content Strategist

• Develop and execute content across the full funnel, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages, email campaigns, sales assets, and social content
• Translate complex product capabilities, industry trends, and customer stories into clear, compelling narratives
• Support demand generation and ABM initiatives with targeted, persona-driven content
• Develop thought leadership content such as research reports, industry guides, and executive-level assets
• Partner with Product Marketing to produce case studies, testimonials, and enablement materials
• Collaborate with Design and Digital Marketing to ensure content is visually strong, on-brand, and optimized for performance
• Maintain and evolve Raintree’s content voice to be confident, approachable, and trusted
• Track content performance and continuously optimize based on engagement, conversion, and pipeline impact

• Create content-focused strategic and tactical recommendations, such as content modeling and taxonomy development
• Plan and implement scalable enterprise-wide content initiatives
• Align diverse client stakeholders on a common goal
• Develop content creation processes and editorial workflow
• Build and adapt deliverables to meet client needs solving client problems with well-reasoned plans, strong communication, creative approaches, and optimism
• Research and develop information architecture and content
• Train and mentor mid-level teammates and external partners consultants
