Junior Consultant

• Help drive the continuous improvement of corporate communication: You will provide targeted and supportive advisory and proactive communication to stakeholders on Group level and in our three divisions, Air & Sea, Road and Contract Logistics, and execute communication via both owned and earned media
• Develop, drive and support the execution of communication projects, e.g. execute on our press, SoMe and communication strategies and ensure alignment to the corporate business strategy in order to create a targeted and valuable communication effort
• Work proactively with media and assist in handling day to day press inquiries
• Ensure compliance with policies and the corporate identity
• Contribute to driving our external social media-channels.

Senior Communication Consultant, External Communication

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Compensation and Variable Pay solutions for a variety of clients
• Participate in presales activities, including demos, trainings, and workshops for clients
• Act as the lead consultant on implementation projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Provide ad-hoc technical support to clients (no on-call duties)
• Support and mentor consultants within the Compensation and Variable Pay area
• Serve as a senior professional in variable pay and contribute to public knowledge sharing within a Total Rewards community

Lead Compensation, Variable Pay Consultant

• Participate in implementation and support projects related to workforce and time management solutions
• Support customers in pre- and post-implementation phases, including trainings, workshops, testing, and go-live activities
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, maintaining BRD and SDD documentation
• Design and implement configurations tailored to client needs
• Work across both implementation and support projects, ensuring flexibility in handling different types of engagements

Time Management Consultant

• Managing complex workstreams or multiple smaller workstreams. Often supported by junior resources
• Managing more junior consultants on projects, making sure Efficio methodologies and processes are followed
• Driving complex analysis where data is hard to access and using expertise to creatively develop conclusions and recommended solutions
• Playing a role in advising clients and designing solutions that address complex needs, achieve sustainable results, and demonstrate real impact
• Effectively managing and owning the relationship with senior stakeholders
• Planning and preparing documentation for own workstream
• Taking part in the recruitment process of potential junior consultants

Senior Consultant

• Own and deliver projects with clear scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Drive initiatives end-to-end, coordinating stakeholders across teams
• Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery and document implementations
• Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Share accountability for team deliverables
• Continuously improve agile processes, reporting, and planning accuracy

Platforms & Automation Consultant – 11-month contract

• Own and deliver projects
• Plan and manage projects with clear scope and timelines
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies
• Support team delivery and agile practices

Platforms & Automation Consultant

• Supporting our developers across the organization who publish their APIs to our self-service platform - answering questions, debugging issues, advising on security choices
• Digging into the unglamorous stuff - log analysis, socket timeouts, OS-level investigation, platform behavior under load
• Owning the platform's health - performance, security, lifecycle governance, monitoring
• Building and maintaining the tooling around API promotion, quality scanning, environment management (we have some Ansible scripts and small tools in place)
• Upgrading the platform with high availability and no downtime
• Helping shape what's next - including our move toward cloud and (eventually) Kubernetes
