Compliance Specialist

• The New Countries Regulatory Affairs Manager’s key responsibility is providing concise, commercially aligned advice on existing and new regulation and other issues related to product and brand compliance across all 14 product categories for the upcoming new countries.
• Reporting to the International Regulatory Affairs Manager, the role has a strong regulatory focus and requires the role holder to have the ability to translate legal requirement to clear commercial advice to all internal stakeholders.
• It involves a high degree of flexibility working with stakeholders at all levels from internal functions, external subject matter experts, government organisations and product related authorities in markets to provide direct advice or second line of defence support on product regulatory issues.
• This is a key role linking the overall European Action strategy and the country specific requirements and collaborative approach to compliance of the Buying, Compliance and Product Technology teams at the Head office and the Management team of the country to ensure Action complies to mandatory requirements regardless of sourcing route.
• In summary, on a daily basis you will be contributing and leading: Processes & Procedures; Professional Development; Quality & Control; Systems & Reporting.

Regulatory Affairs Manager – New Countries

• Lead and manage a team of 3 project managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support
• Lead and deliver high complexity projects and oversee the delivery of projects of direct reports
• Drive Supply Chain strategy in relation to European packaging regulation (i.e. PPWR)
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Head of TK, peers, BUs, and senior leadership
• Inform and update the Growth LT, Sustainability Transformation LT and key stakeholders on project progress
• Be the voice of Supply Chain in all TK & Pack regulation related topics
• Identify opportunities to bring in other SC experts to provide additional support and expertise
• Align team efforts with the overall TK Pod strategy
• Bring together SC, operations and manufacturing stakeholders to facilitate knowledge sharing

SCD Manager, Tomato Ketchup & Pack Regulation

• Identify, assess and manage all non-prudential regulatory & reporting obligations of CBN.
• Preparation and oversight of all regulatory meetings for CBN.
• Assisting in managing workflows from Regulatory Change Management Systems including status reporting.
• Management of Communication with Regulator communication flows and required approvals.
• Advise and support the Management Board on the design, updates and implementation of policies where required.
• Design and update our internal procedures and work instructions related to regulatory reporting to make sure they keep up with changes in legislation or regulatory expectations.
• Represent CBN on the industry working groups and commissions wherever relevant.
• You will work with the Management Board, the wider Management Team and the Compliance Team to make sure we are aware of all our obligations and to make sure all departments work together in providing the information we need. You will report directly into the CBN CEO.

Senior Regulatory Manager

• Conduct third-party due diligence assessments, including risk scoring, screening, verification, and documentation of third-party risk profiles
• Perform name screening against sanctions, PEP, adverse media, and related lists, and coordinate resolution of positive matches within established timelines
• Manage internal due diligence for medium and high-risk third parties, including desktop checks, review of ownership structures, beneficial owners, and site visits where feasible

• Prepare, submit, and maintain CLP notifications and Poison Centre Notifications (PCN)
• Author, review, and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and product labels in compliance with GHS, CLP, and applicable regional regulatory requirements
• Ensure SDS accuracy, consistency, and alignment with regional classification and hazard communication requirements across internal databases and systems
• Develop, manage, and update hazard labels using SAP, UL WERCS, and other labeling or design platforms
• Perform physical, health, and environmental hazard classifications for substances and mixtures using GHS and CLP criteria
• Evaluate raw material compositions, supplier SDS information, and toxicological data to establish and justify product classifications
• Monitor and interpret regulatory changes, proactively updating SDSs, labels, and related documentation to maintain ongoing compliance
• Classify substances and mixtures for transport in accordance with DOT, IATA/ICAO, IMDG, ADR, and RID requirements
