Community Manager

• Responsible for providing operational support in managing the brand's digital channels, executing the approved plan, monitoring publications, and supporting the team's day-to-day tasks.
• Execute the content calendar across social networks (feed, stories and other formats) according to the approved schedule.
• Support the organization and updating of content timelines and calendars.
• Schedule posts using social media management platforms.
• Provide basic community management (monitoring comments and messages, when applicable).
• Assist with collecting data and performance indicators for reports.
• Ensure correct application of visual identity, tone of voice and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the creative, content, media and account teams.
• Support day-to-day operational requests from the team, respecting deadlines and internal processes.

• Observe and interact with the audience in the brand's voice to build relationships and encourage engagement.
• Create opportunities by analyzing fan behavior and events related to the brand.
• Prepare the brand's social calendar in collaboration with Media and Creative teams, identifying opportunities and issues that arise day-to-day to include in content and editorials.
• Monitor the brand's performance across digital channels, evaluating engagement rates and the relevance of posts to optimize brand work. Make course corrections and identify new interaction opportunities.
• Upload posts according to the schedule.
• Coordinate with the BI team on projects to incorporate data-driven insights into observations and analyses.
• Participate in developing briefs together with Account, Creative, and Media teams, compiling the annual content plan to be published according to client planning.
• Manage crisis situations, preparing reports that show necessary adjustments, correcting content, analyzing traffic, comments, likes, and the potential for negative perception of the product.
• Coordinate activities related to customer service, tracking deadlines and executing tasks with Creative and Production teams.
• Create and update Response Guides for consumers on each platform, using client-provided materials containing the necessary product information.
• Resolve occasional issues not covered in the Response Guides by requesting client support.
• Generate proactive insights, presenting market opportunities to the client through monitoring the digital landscape.
• Align strategies by communicating with teams involved in the project.
• Perform other related activities as requested or instructed by your immediate supervisor to contribute to the team and your professional development.

Pessoa Community Manager

• Lead the conceptualization, creation and execution of Community strategies across Brazil, LATAM and other regions.
• Develop and lead the creation of guides and strategic tools for brand personification, including the FARM Brazil Personas Guide, community guides and narrative guidelines applicable to Communications, Product and Community teams.
• Ensure strategic outcomes for influencer marketing by leading paid content productions, special seedings, casting curation and initiatives with KOLs, connecting community, influence and business objectives.
• Manage community-driven content to ensure brand personification across digital channels, with a strategic role in content curation, communications planning and shaping the @adorofarm feed.
• Lead the management of event guest lists, travel and special activations, validating outreach, dressing and relationship strategies, tracking RSVPs and ensuring experiences aligned with the brand narrative.
• Manage the Community team for Brazil, LATAM and other regions, ensuring alignment rituals and fostering individual and collective development.
• Plan, manage and monitor the Community budget (Brazil, LATAM and other regions), ensuring strategic resource allocation, investment optimization and alignment with brand priorities.
• Deliver strategic presentations, analyses and consolidation of results for the Community core and special projects, coordinating the creation of reports and one-pagers with key metrics, learnings and insights.

Branding and Community Specialist

• Manage and grow Incentivar's communities on social media (Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant channels), focusing on qualified engagement;
• Manage and grow internal client communities on social media;
• Create and execute editorial calendars aligned with brand positioning and marketing campaigns;
• Produce and adapt content (texts, scripts, captions, stories) for different formats and platforms;
• Monitor mentions, comments and conversations about the brand, responding promptly and with a consistent tone;
• Track performance metrics and turn data into actionable learnings to optimize content strategy;
• Identify behavior trends and positioning opportunities in the incentives and HR market;
• Collaborate with product, sales/commercial and customer success teams to ensure the brand voice reflects the real customer experience;
• Support events, trade shows and in-person marketing initiatives with real-time content.

• Structure and organize events and business missions within innovation ecosystems across Brazil;
• Define project goals, budgets, and timelines;
• Schedule and conduct meetings;

Senior Relationship and Community Analyst

• Develop and optimize social listening queries to capture relevant conversations and identify trends.
• Tag and categorize mentions for analysis of sentiment, volume and key themes.
• Ensure data governance and standardization, maintaining information integrity for accurate reporting.
• Produce reports that go beyond the numbers, translating raw data into strategic insights and actionable recommendations for business and creative teams.
• Serve as the internal “voice of the community,” presenting feedback and valuable insights that influence content strategy and campaign planning.
• Actively manage and moderate the brand’s communities on channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok, fostering a safe, engaging environment aligned with the brand’s values.
• Interact with community members by responding to comments and messages promptly and empathetically, encouraging conversations that strengthen relationships.
• Proactively monitor the digital environment to identify potential risks and reputation crises.
• Operate on the front line of crisis management, applying response protocols quickly, strategically and effectively to protect the brand’s reputation.
