Community Manager – Mobilization Focus
Holding in.PactoCommunity Manager engaging and moderating digital communities in Porto Alegre. Managing community interactions and enhancing engagement mainly through WhatsApp and Telegram.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage, moderate and monitor the mandate's digital communities, ensuring an organized, participative environment aligned with communication guidelines.
- Plan and distribute content, informational and institutional materials strategically across communication channels.
- Identify leaders and multipliers, gather community perceptions and consolidate insights on demands, opportunities and trends for the team.
- Develop actions to strengthen community engagement, encouraging active participation and ongoing relationships with supporters.
- Monitor the mandate's schedules and activities, when necessary, to support mobilization initiatives and strengthen connections with communities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Social Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Business Administration or related fields.
- Experience managing, moderating and engaging digital communities, especially on WhatsApp and Telegram.
- Experience leading large-volume, high-interaction communities.
- Excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to mediate conflicts and act with composure in crisis and moderation scenarios.
- Organized, proactive profile oriented toward engagement and relationship-building with the community.
- Ability to identify opportunities, leaders and insights from community interactions.
- Availability to travel, when necessary, to attend the mandate's schedules and mobilization activities.
