Communications

• You will support in the planning and organization of EU Public Affairs events such as conferences, policy breakfasts and other formats directed at EU stakeholders.
• You will gain experience in drafting & design internal and external communication materials (e.g. newsletters, brochures, videos, presentations, infographics), and for social media advocacy purposes with a particular focus on LinkedIn.
• You will support the liaison agencies, ensuring alignment with communication objectives and brand guidelines, across creative, content, and media workstreams.
• You will monitor digital conversations in social media and online to identify and effectively drive policy conversations.
• You will develop exposure to advocacy and European Affairs activities on the following topics: circular economy, regenerative agriculture, nutrition, supply chains & youth employment.

Communications Intern – Government Relations & ESG Engagement

• Supports business by turning strategies into integrated Marketing and Communication plans with KPIs.
• Drives lead generation through targeted campaigns, localized content, and owned channels.
• Translates strategic marketing objectives into integrated, localized campaign plans that drive brand visibility, market engagement, and lead generation across digital and other channels.
• Executes targeted lead generation marketing initiatives—such as gated content, email nurture campaigns, marketing automation—designed to attract, engage, and convert high-quality leads that fuel sales pipeline growth.
• Produces high-quality sales collaterals such as brochures, catalogues, fact sheets, and product presentations in collaboration with product teams to support commercial efforts and customer conversations.
• Drives media outreach and earned visibility by supporting PR efforts, managing speaker placements, coordinating co-marketing initiatives, and identifying opportunities for thought leadership and guest contributions.
• Analyzes the performance of campaigns and marketing activities across all platforms, delivering clear insights and optimization recommendations based on key performance indicators and stakeholder feedback.

Marketing Communications Specialist

• Own and actively contribute to Sailpeak’s social media presence, especially LinkedIn.
• Develop and execute engaging LinkedIn content strategies for our corporate page.
• Create and publish regular content showcasing Sailpeak’s culture, team life, events, and expertise.
• Strengthen employer branding by highlighting what it is like to work at Sailpeak.
• Produce compelling content including captions, visuals, posts, articles, newsletters, and presentations.
• Collaborate with consultants to transform internal discussions, insights, and project work into shareable content.
• Support and promote company events, team activities, and networking initiatives through social media.
• Capture and communicate Sailpeak’s culture and values across all communication channels.
• Assist in managing and updating website content through Webflow CMS.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance and suggest improvements.
• Contribute to internal communication initiatives (Slack, newsletters, announcements).
