• Own the proactive email engagement strategy across delinquency and charge off stages, including content, cadence, targeting, sequencing, and channel integration as applicable.
• Define customer journeys by segment, including tone and offer structure, and drive test and learn to improve outcomes.
• Manage end to end execution of manual email campaigns, from account selection through deployment, evaluation, and optimization.
• Own the dynamic email template ecosystem, ensuring templates, variables, and eligibility logic work together correctly across products and stages.
• Maintain and validate the configuration tables that drive dynamic email processing and eligibility, including toggles and criteria tables used to enable processing and determine which templates are applied.
• Manage dynamic template mappings and variable population logic, including nested variable structures.
• Analyze campaign performance, interpret customer behavior insights, and recommend changes to improve funnel outcomes and digital engagement.
• Develop standardized reporting and KPIs for email execution and outcomes, supporting control reporting and audit readiness.
• Prepare executive summaries and updates for leadership, including clear articulation of in flight initiatives and outcome impacts.
• Own the content testing roadmap for dynamic collection email templates and execute structured A/B testing plans.
• Manage vendor and technology partner delivery for email strategy execution, ensuring timelines, handoffs, and deliverables are met, and monitoring all parties involved to ensure flawless execution.
• Define and optimize internal and external processes, including documentation of existing processes and upkeep activities as part of a sustainable BAU operating model.
• Partner with cross functional teams to design and execute a holistic orchestration and Next Best Action strategy that integrates digital and agent-based outreach.

Email Strategy Leader – Pre & Post Charge Digital Collections

• The Private Pay Collections Specialist is responsible for managing the collection of outstanding private pay balances for Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) within the organization.
• This role requires a strong understanding of billing practices, financial adjustments, and resident responsibility balances.
• The ideal candidate will proactively work aged accounts, make collection calls to responsible parties, coordinate with Business Office Managers (BOMs) and Central Billing Office (CBO) staff, and ensure timely and accurate follow-up on all private pay receivables.
• Review and analyze aged private pay accounts across multiple SNF locations to identify collection opportunities or issues.
• Initiate and document private pay collection calls to residents, family members, or responsible parties to resolve outstanding balances in a professional and compassionate manner.
• Collaborate with facility Business Office Managers to obtain missing information, resolve billing discrepancies, and confirm payer responsibility.
• Submit appropriate adjustment requests for bad debt (BD) or cost reportable write-offs in accordance with organizational policy and federal/state guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all collection efforts and adjustment activity in the billing system.
• Report findings and trends regularly to the Senior Manager of Private Pay and Collections, including barriers to collection and opportunities for process improvement.
• Partner with CBO team members to ensure alignment between billing, collections, and posting functions.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and internal policies during resident and family communications.
• Support the development and implementation of private pay collection best practices across all facilities.
• Assist with account escalations, payment plan setups, and formal demand notices as need.

Private Pay Collections Specialist

• Coordinates and facilitates patient billing and collection activities
• Researching and holding payers accountable
• Resolving outstanding issues with insurance payers
• Builds strong working relationships with assigned business units
• Responds to incoming calls and makes outbound calls to resolve billing issues
• Works independently under general supervision

PFS Representative, DME Collections

• Monitor accounts receivable and Work In Process to identify collection trends for past due accounts
• Partner with attorneys on collection efforts while maintaining client relationships
• Contact clients regarding past due accounts until payment is received
• Document client activity/communications
• Monitor accounts receivable for disputed line items
• Prepare and submit appeals to clients, ensuring all appeals are responded to by client deadlines
• Work with billing department to ensure bills are sent according to client requirements
• Act as a financial liaison between firm and its clients
• Assist with collections outside of home office as needed
• Assist Billing team as needed
• Other duties as assigned.
