• Provide weekly individual and group supervision aligned with state and accreditation standards
• Review and approve treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical documentation
• Ensure ethical, high-quality, evidence-based care delivery
• Maintain a small, active caseload
• Model person-centered, culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy
• Demonstrate documentation excellence and quality assurance standards
• Co-lead resident orientation, workshops, and ongoing training sessions
• Support clinicians in developing professional identity, confidence, and ethical decision-making
• Foster clinical skill-building and readiness for independent licensure
• Monitor and approve resident documentation for timeliness, accuracy, and Medicaid compliance
• Maintain supervision logs and training records aligned with state and CARF standards
• Participate in audit readiness and quality improvement initiatives
• Conduct competency-based evaluations
• Develop and track individualized development plans
• Provide structured, strengths-based feedback
• Partner with Residency Program leadership, Clinical Operations, and Quality & Compliance teams
• Support cross-functional alignment and program consistency
• Contribute to systems-level clinical innovation and operational excellence

Clinical Supervisor – Part Time

Clinical Supervisor mentoring behavioral health clinicians at Backpack Health, a telehealth and in-person care provider.
Providing supervision, training, evaluations, compliance oversight, and direct clinical care.

• Oversight of and management of assigned supervisees (minimum of 12 supervisees)
• Providing administrative and clinical supervision on a weekly basis to direct supervisees (LMSW, LGPC, LCSW-C, LCPC) pertaining to service delivery, documentation submission etc.
• Maintaining documentation of provided supervision sessions
• Administrative auditing of client charts for compliance with COMAR regulation, agency policy and procedures & insurance standards
• Conducting annual performance evaluations, needed corrective action, and related activities
• Conducting quality note review for direct supervisees monthly
• Completion of administrative clinic discharges for assigned supervisees
• Overseeing intake meetings, assignment of clients, and clinical case meetings
• Interfacing with referral sources in the community and develop funding sources
• Maintaining working knowledge of mental health treatment models and DSM 5 diagnostic criteria
• Working independently, yet collaboratively as a team player across department lines within BTST Services, LLC
• Conducting monthly group supervision
• Reconciling clinician activity reports
• Case reassignments for caseload of terminated/resigned supervisees includes audit of charts as well timely reassignment of cases
• Oversight of interns during internships and practicums
• Conduct the interview and hiring process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Other duties as assigned
