• Deliver in-services across the full patient monitoring portfolio, tailoring education to customer workflows, clinical environments, and learning needs
• Provide hands-on clinical application training across hospital departments and care settings
• Assess education needs across nursing units and specialties and adjust instruction accordingly
• Support system installations by identifying customer workflows and configuration needs
• Provide on-site clinical support during go-live events and final implementations
• Conduct follow-up visits and ongoing phone support to reinforce education and promote sustained product adoption
• Maintain strong, trusted relationships with clinical staff and leadership at customer sites
• Serve as a clinical liaison between customers and internal teams including Technical Support, Service, and Systems Solutions
• Provide on-call clinical support through the technical support line following established escalation and documentation procedures
• Manage time and territory independently to meet customer education needs effectively
