Chief of Staff

• Work directly with senior leadership to help scale and optimise Gopuff’s marketplace business across the UK through both strategic initiatives and operational execution.
• Own the execution and performance management of promotions, pricing, merchandising, and marketing across multiple marketplace platforms.
• Monitor marketplace performance daily, rapidly troubleshoot operational or commercial issues, and proactively implement solutions to improve growth, profitability, and customer experience.
• Build and maintain trackers, forecasting models, reporting frameworks, and weekly business reviews to drive operational rigour and support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on promotions, pricing, customer behaviour, and overall business performance to identify growth opportunities and improve commercial efficiency.
• Support commercial partnership management by coordinating with marketplace partners, contributing to negotiations, and helping optimise joint business opportunities and investments.
• Support P&L management by evaluating performance, monitoring investment efficiency, and helping ensure profitable allocation of promotional and marketing resources.
• Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to execute high-impact growth initiatives and improve marketplace performance.

Executive Operations Partner – Chief of Staff

• Design and deliver bespoke analytical projects as directed by the CEO, translating raw data into structured, actionable insight
• Produce high-quality reports and written outputs - including market analysis, performance reviews, and strategic assessments - that inform and guide decision-making across the business
• Develop a strong understanding of The Bike Club’s commercial model, unit economics, and operating environment in order to produce analysis that is both technically sound and commercially relevant
• Take on ownership and day-to-day management of specific projects and workstreams as delegated by the CEO, driving them forward independently and reporting back on progress, risks, and outcomes
• Coordinate across functions to ensure workstreams are resourced, on track, and aligned with broader business priorities
• Own the design, production, and continuous improvement of management reporting used by the CEO to run the business
• Establish clear reporting cadences, templates, and processes that make it easy for the business to stay aligned and the CEO to make informed, data-led decisions
• Own the end-to-end preparation of board packs, including collation of updates from across the business, data compilation, formatting, and distribution to the board ahead of each meeting
• Take accurate minutes at board and committee meetings, capturing decisions, actions, and key discussion points clearly and concisely
• Complete bespoke data exercises and analysis in support of board-level reporting and investor communications, ensuring outputs are accurate, well-presented, and clearly interpreted.

CEO Associate – Chief of Staff

• Drive business development with strategic target sectors, including CPG, food and beverage, agriculture, forestry, and utilities
• Work alongside the Commercial Director to hone pitch materials and sharpen service offering
• Move strategic accounts through the pipeline
• Lead special projects under the CEO, including roadmapping product features and developing strategic partnerships
• Contribute to M&A activity as the company considers inorganic paths to growth
• Navigate ambiguity and break down complex problems into actionable steps
• Act as a thought partner to the CEO across company-building challenges

• Own the executive team's operating rhythm ****— agendas, pre-reads, making sure decisions get made rather than deferred, and following up on the things people committed to but haven't done yet
• Be the connective tissue across functions — when something falls between two teams, or a decision needs more than one ELT member in the room, you'll see it and do something about it; whether that's facilitating the conversation, flagging it up, or owning it yourself
• Help our co-CEOs get the most out of their time — making sure they're well-prepared for the meetings that matter, protecting their focus during high-demand periods, and handling the things that don't need to reach them at all
• Allow information to flow better across the organisation — translating what's happening at the exec level into clear, consistent messages, and making sure they actually reach the people who need to hear them
• Form and lead the ELT+ group — our extended leadership layer that sits just below the executive team — setting the rhythm, keeping information flowing across it, and helping it become a genuinely useful part of how Amber runs
• Pick up whatever needs a trusted owner — new initiatives, time-sensitive projects, things that don't fit neatly anywhere else
