Chief of Staff

• Formulating cross-functional strategic projects and owning their execution end to end
• Staying close to performance data: understanding the underlying drivers, building a regular reporting cadence, and identifying and leading strategic transformation initiatives
• Collaborating across the company to drive impact and unblock complex challenges
• Ensuring the CEO is well prepared for meetings with regulators, investors, board members, and employee forums
• Preparing and disseminating major company communications
• Representing the CEO to the organisation and in key forums

• Drive strategic initiatives end-to-end — take ambiguous, high-priority mandates from the CEO and CFO and deliver finished outcomes.
• Run the executive operating rhythm — leadership meetings, planning cycles, OKRs/goals, and follow-through on decisions and action items.
• Synthesize and brief — distill information from across the company into clear, decision-ready materials for the CEO and CFO.
• Coordinate across functions — align engineering, product, GTM, and partnerships; identify and resolve cross-team dependencies before they become problems.
• Support finance and corporate workstreams — partner with the CFO on board, investor, and partner materials: analysis, modeling, and narratives that hold up to institutional scrutiny.
• Act as a trusted proxy — represent the CEO and CFO in meetings and workstreams, and handle confidential matters with discretion.

• Build and manage operating rhythm, OKRs, leadership updates, decision tracking and accountability.
• Coordinate major workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance and operations.
• Prepare concise decision memos, board/leadership materials, execution plans and performance reviews.
• Identify gaps, risks and dependencies before they become serious blockers.
• Help leadership make sharper trade-offs on people, capital, product and market priorities.
• Own special projects that require senior judgement and cross-functional authority.

Chief of Staff – Finance Super App

• Partner directly with the GM on strategy, revenue operations, and regional planning
• Own forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and capacity planning across the APAC team
• Support and coordinate on complex deal execution
• Sit in on AE interviews, customer meetings, representing the GM when needed
• Manage complex calendars, cross-timezone coordination and projects
• Keep the team aligned on company processes and following through on commitments
• Identify and solve operational problems before they escalate
• Use AI tools to automate, streamline, and multiply your own impact
• Handle sensitive matters with discretion and act as a trusted partner across the org
