Chief of Staff

• Partner directly with the GM on strategy, revenue operations, and regional planning
• Own forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and capacity planning across the APAC team
• Support and coordinate on complex deal execution
• Sit in on AE interviews, customer meetings, representing the GM when needed
• Manage complex calendars, cross-timezone coordination and projects
• Keep the team aligned on company processes and following through on commitments
• Identify and solve operational problems before they escalate
• Use AI tools to automate, streamline, and multiply your own impact
• Handle sensitive matters with discretion and act as a trusted partner across the org

• Provide strategic and financial support to the President
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate acquisitions
• Conduct valuation analysis for potential M&A growth opportunities
• Monitor KPIs and financial metrics for business units
• Lead end-to-end M&A processes and coordinate due diligence
• Support commercial and financial structuring of global partnerships
• Produce data-driven research on market trends and competitor strategy
• Act as a thought partner to the President to drive initiatives
