About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Formulating cross-functional strategic projects and owning their execution end to end
  • Staying close to performance data: understanding the underlying drivers, building a regular reporting cadence, and identifying and leading strategic transformation initiatives
  • Collaborating across the company to drive impact and unblock complex challenges
  • Ensuring the CEO is well prepared for meetings with regulators, investors, board members, and employee forums

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years experience in top tier investment banking or consulting firms
  • Highly analytical, with a track record of driving outcomes through influence and consensus-building
  • Able to execute on multiple high value and complex projects simultaneously
  • A self-starter who takes initiative to deliver high impact and unblock complex challenges
  • A strong project manager and operator, organised and relentless about streamlining processes
  • Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager, able to constructively challenge those you work with
  • Able to travel relatively frequently
