• Manages business operations for VP and program leadership team to ensure the function runs efficiently and effectively
• Works closely with the functional VP to enable outcomes in the areas of planning, execution, communication and operations of the organization
• Anticipates the needs of the VP for scheduled events, presentations, discussions, and recurring processes; researches, prepares, socializes, and reviews materials as appropriate to the event

• Leads development and execution of the organization operating rhythms
• Leads special project-based assignments and ensures coordination / implementation / execution are successful
• Assists and supports development of team priorities and drives / monitors team progress
• Tracks and drives actions in the Quality, Manufacturing & Production Engineering Team.
• Partners with Finance on LRBP and other financial reviews
• Manages AvionX Capital Planning Process
• Shapes major meeting agendas and creates content for executive & team meetings
• Develops, tracks and drives organizational measures of effectiveness
• Maintains the pulse internally and externally on prevailing issues

Chief of Staff – Project Manager

• Serve as a trusted advisor to synthesize issues, surface options, and recommend decision-grade actions
• Operate with discretion on sensitive matters
• Provide oversight of actions related to operations, risk, and portfolio/financial management; ensure consistent follow-through
• Coordinate across the executive director’s leadership team to build alignment, remove blockers, and track commitments to closure
• Manage the executive director’s cadence (meetings, prep, readouts) and triage incoming requests to protect executive time
• Maintain dashboards and executive metrics (Objective and Key Results/Key Performance Indicators) to ensure alignment to strategic priorities and enable fact-based course corrections
• Translate complex data into concise, actionable narratives and recommendations for senior leaders
• Act as a strategic partner: anticipate needs, identify opportunities to scale or simplify work, and ensure initiatives align to the Information Digital Technology & Security vision and roadmap
• Manage stakeholder relationships across the organization, ensuring effective communication and alignment on strategic priorities.
• Support development and vetting of multi-year business cases and priority setting for strategic initiatives
• Monitor budget-to-actuals and recommend course corrections
• Coordinate workforce and resourcing requests through intake, prioritization, and approval (Leadership Team, Human Resources, Finance) - ensuring healthy backlog management for the organization
• Prepare executive director’s communications including memos, talking points, and presentations.
• Develop visual representations of concepts and ideas appropriate for the audience

Senior IT Chief of Staff

• Support in the development and execution of strategy, communications, and operating rhythm for the Growth team in Government Services
• Collaborates with Program Management team on strategic discussions, data analysis, and support of meeting the Long Range Business Plan (LRBP)
• Facilitates communication and collaborative efforts between BGS Business Operations, BGS Program Management, BDS Program Management, Boeing Functional partners and customers to meet joint objectives
• Ensures organizational alignment with Boeing processes, Program Management Best Practices, and compliance requirements
• Supports Leader in internal and external meetings to ensure that meetings are running efficiently and to ensure that meeting actions are tracked through to completion

• Works directly with Leader and leadership team to develop content being presented to Senior Executives of BGS Government Services and BGS on a monthly basis
