Key responsibilities & impact

Leads development and execution of the organization operating rhythms
Leads special project-based assignments and ensures coordination / implementation / execution are successful
Assists and supports development of team priorities and drives / monitors team progress
Tracks and drives actions in the Quality, Manufacturing & Production Engineering Team.
Partners with Finance on LRBP and other financial reviews
Manages AvionX Capital Planning Process
Shapes major meeting agendas and creates content for executive & team meetings
Develops, tracks and drives organizational measures of effectiveness
Maintains the pulse internally and externally on prevailing issues
Develops recommendations for the leader on engagement strategies and opportunities
Leads the development of messaging content for executive visits and briefings in conjunction with the leader

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, business administration, computer science or engineering or equivalent
3+ years of experience working with Senior Leaders/Executives to establish strategic plans and objectives
3+ years of experience leading business operations for a large scale program or business
Experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects, transactions or initiatives
Experience leading and managing a team
