• Own and evolve the technology and AI strategy for the AI Business Solutions practice
• Define the long-term technology roadmap for the practice
• Guide structured evaluation of emerging Dynamics, Power Platform and Microsoft AI capabilities
• Act as a senior adviser to executive customers
• Engage at C-suite level to shape technology-led transformation agendas
• Build senior relationships across Microsoft field and engineering teams
• Provide technology leadership across strategically important bids
• Lead the practice’s AI-first narrative
• Define capability strategy across Dynamics, Power Platform and AI-aligned skills
• Support recruitment and development of senior technical roles

CTO – AI Business Solutions

• Act as the procurement POC to manage the end-to-end procurement process
• Cultivate strong stakeholder partnerships around IT / Technology categories
• Execute the regional buying strategies of “Sourcing to Contract“ for dedicated category areas
• Drive procurement compliance and manage commercial risk
• Deliver fair costs and negotiate regional agreements including prices and terms
• Work in a fast-moving, growth-orientated, and constantly changing environment
• Embrace ambiguity and generate collaboration across teams
• Lead upcoming IT / Technology projects
• Provide procurement expertise to support budget holders/Relationship Managers
• Identify and deliver cost saving and cost avoidance opportunities
• Support the development of Procurement’s supplier contract management and governance system

Head of Procurement Technology

• Provide strategic guidance on industry trends, technology, and market opportunities
• Support evaluation of potential investments and emerging startups
• Introduce high-quality founders, investors, and ecosystem partners
• Mentor and advise founders within the 16VC portfolio
• Contribute to the development of 16VC’s investment theses and ecosystem initiatives

Chief Technology Officer – Strategic Advisor

• Scale the engineering and delivery teams from ~50 to 100+ people during the next growth cycle
• Build the right leadership structure: tech leads, delivery managers, QA leads, and engineering managers
• Establish and optimize delivery processes, SDLC workflows, QA frameworks, and engineering standards
• Join client calls as the senior technical representative—bringing credibility and clarity
• Drive the technical vision aligned with the company’s and Index’s growth strategy
