Chief Technology Officer

• Lead the development and execution of WES’s technology strategy and operating model in alignment with organizational priorities and 3-year strategic plan
• Partner with the executive team to define and advance WES’s AI vision, strategy and priorities
• Design and lead the evolution of the Technology organization; build the operating model, talent, and capabilities needed

• Architecting the "Agentic Stack": Define how autonomous agents interact with LLMs, legacy ERPs (SAP, Oracle), and human-in-the-loop workflows. Ensure adoption aligns with the customer’s broader enterprise architecture and digital transformation roadmap.
• Product & Engineering Partnership: Partner with the GM and Product Management to ensure the roadmap is built for "Day 2" enterprise operations. Serve as the final escalation point for complex engineering challenges regarding concurrency, data privacy, and global compliance.
• Enterprise Connective Tissue: Design the framework for Agentforce to navigate fragmented IT landscapes. Ensure the architecture meets the highest standards for AI ethics, data residency, and residency requirements across Supply Chain, FINS, and TMT.
• High-Stakes Technical Advisory: Serve as a strategic advisor to CIO, CTO, and Enterprise Architects at our largest accounts. Lead architectural engagements that translate business strategies into technical enablers for desired outcomes.
• Value Engineering & Prototyping: Lead rapid prototyping for first-of-a-kind capabilities. Develop business cases that link technical agentic reasoning to tangible ROI and measurable business value.
• Field-to-Product Bridge: Prioritize product features based on hyper-scale field requirements. Ensure Regrello-originated capabilities are deeply integrated and leveraged across the broader Agentforce ecosystem.

CTO – Agentic Process Automation, Intelligence

• Advise enterprise customers on how to adopt and operationalise AI in ways that create measurable business impact
• Lead executive workshops and discovery engagements focused on AI strategy, intelligent automation, developer productivity, modernisation and digital transformation
• Help organisations identify high-value AI opportunities across customer experience, operations, software delivery and internal platforms
• Shape transformation roadmaps that combine AI, cloud, data and modern engineering practices into practical execution strategies
• Guide customers through the organisational, operational and technology changes required to become AI-enabled businesses
• Build trusted advisor relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and senior business stakeholders
• Facilitate strategic conversations around innovation, modernisation, operating models and emerging technology adoption
• Translate complex business and technology challenges into actionable transformation programmes and investment priorities
• Help clients define measurable business outcomes, success metrics and value frameworks for strategic initiatives
• Shape complex solution strategies spanning AI-enabled products, intelligent platforms, cloud modernisation and digital experiences

Field CTO

• Command the Platform and Delivery organizations as distinct operating units — each with its own culture, mandate, and accountability structure — and be the single point of accountability for the output of both
• Own the Kaizen 2.0 architecture: sequence the build of 12 core modules in the right order, hold the line on abstraction, and ensure the foundation compounds rather than fractures under delivery pressure
• Lead the Blacksmith initiative — Kaizen's internal AI configuration harness that transforms agency requirements documents into runnable, pre-configured repositories and eliminates the time-to-first-commit tax on every new federal engagement
• Define and enforce the Platform–Delivery interface: module readiness maps, API contracts, and Blacksmith handoff protocols that keep Delivery fast and Platform honest
• Drive federal technical strategy — FedRAMP posture, DoD IL4/IL5 readiness, and procurement-aware architecture decisions that keep Kaizen competitive in federal BD conversations
• Recruit, develop, and retain builders who operate at the frontier of AI-native government technology — and who understand that shipping for government is different from shipping for anyone else

• Execute end-to-end IT audits, including: IT General Controls (ITGCs), application controls, and key report validation
• System mapping, data flows, interfaces, and infrastructure controls
• Assess control design and effectiveness across areas such as: Cloud (AWS, Azure), infrastructure, and platforms
• SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines
• ITIL processes and service management
• Identify control gaps, operational deficiencies, and root causes of risk exposure
• Collaborate with audit teams and stakeholders to define audit scope, objectives, and risk coverage
• Develop and execute risk-based test plans, including for emerging technologies
• Analyze technical configurations, process documentation, and data to support audit conclusions
• Identify risks arising from inadequate processes, systems, or human factors

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for IT operations, including infrastructure, cloud services, DevOps support, network management, system administration, and end-user support
• Ensure reliable, high-availability delivery of internal technology services aligned to business needs and SLAs
• Own IT service management practices, including incident, change, problem, and asset management (ITIL-aligned)
• Lead business continuity and disaster recovery planning, testing, and readiness
• Establish and manage the IT operations budget, driving cost optimization and operational efficiency
• Track and report on KPIs, SLAs, and operational risk metrics to executive leadership
• Drive automation and modernization initiatives to improve reliability and reduce manual effort
• Own day-to-day operational security management for company systems outside of product engineering

Head of Technology – Security Operations

• Drive Firefly Foundry pipeline from exploration to deal closing along with the Adobe enterprise sales & marketing organization.
• Identify enterprise customer goals and needs by articulating customer workflow problems, use cases and match them to Adobe Firefly Foundry.
• Ability to synthesize the changing Enterprise customer landscape into insights and impact to Adobe (so-what, then-what).
• Partner well with enterprise sales, internal product management, engineering and research teams to articulate the “the art of the possible”.
• Initiate and progress Firefly Foundry opportunities.
• Influence product roadmaps.
• Validate and iterate with customers, partners and internal collaborators.
• Gather technical product feedback from sales, customer success and professional services organizations.
• Embed at the customer as a customer engineer, as necessary.

• Define and deliver innovative solutions by assessing member Mission Critical Priorities (MCPs) and developing a customized service plan
• Conduct a mix of on-site and virtual briefings, including workshops, research analyst visits, roundtables and webinars
• Present or facilitate at ExP events where relevant
• Build a strong partnership with Gartner’s Sales organization and collaborate with them to ensure member engagement and renewal of ExP business

Executive Partner, CIO/CTO Advisory – Healthcare, Life Science

• You will write the first lines of production code.
• You will set the architecture, the data model, the engineering culture, and the security posture.
• You will represent the company in front of CIOs, Chief AI Officers, CFOs, security teams, and investors.
• You will recruit and lead the founding engineering and applied AI team. In return, you receive founder-level equity, founder-level authority, and a genuine partnership with the CEO on every material decision.
• Months 0–3. Ship the discovery layer with a design partner — browser extension and endpoint agent capturing AI usage across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, and the long tail without per-vendor integrations. Establish the core architecture and 15-minute refresh pipeline.
• Months 3–6. Deliver the Utilization × Proficiency × Value framework, including the first GitHub/Jira correlation for engineering ROI. Convert three paid pilots. Begin SOC 2 Type II readiness with zero-content-retention as a non-negotiable design constraint.
• Months 6–9. Release GA v1 covering discovery, analytics, proficiency benchmarking, and governance controls aligned to EU AI Act, ISO 42001, and NIST AI RMF. Convert pilots to ten paying enterprise customers. Finalize pricing — including outcome-based pricing on captured savings.
• Months 9–18. Ship the governed AI access hub and expand into a vertical specialization — most likely an autonomous AI FinOps agent for a regulated industry — that no horizontal incumbent can credibly follow. Reach $1M ARR. Build out the founding team.

• Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance across the entire HPE networking portfolio, engaging with sales, product management, engineering, and external stakeholders.
• Develop and curate industry-specific technical positions, including white papers, presentations, patents, and market positioning.
• Lead large-scale, sponsored engagements to demonstrate HPE’s technological capabilities aligned with customer needs.
• Deliver keynote speeches and industry presentations globally, tailored for executive audiences, industry analysts, and technical professionals.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of current and emerging networking technologies, standards, and industry trends.
