AI Tech Leader

• Lead the design, maintenance, and scaling of on-prem infrastructure including networking, servers, switches and local and cloud connectivity.
• Own all studio technology and facilities tech, including AV systems, meeting rooms, editorial/finishing setups, and general IT experience.
• Oversee Flame and Review suites, client-facing environments, and artist workstations.
• Ensure high reliability and performance for all physical studio spaces.
• Manage studio connectivity with AWS and streaming services like Clearview and NDI.
• Lead and grow the Technology team, embedding strong collaborative culture.
• Oversee daily operations across the studio, including remote and hybrid users.
• Manage onboarding processes, system documentation, and knowledge-sharing standards.
• Foster an innovative, collaborative, and high-ownership team environment, and manage career planning and growth for the team members.
• Lead the studio’s security and compliance initiatives, working with internal stakeholders, vendors, and auditors.
• Manage identity access, endpoint security, network design, patching, and monitoring for both on-prem and AWS.
• Work collaboratively with Pipeline, and Cloud Developers to maintain a secure hybrid environment.
• Manage licensing for all software including procurement, renewals, tracking, and optimisation.
• Develop key vendor relationships for hardware, software, cloud, and services.
• Work with the Commercial team to forecast spend, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-efficiency.
• Support decisions on capacity planning, instance usage and render resource planning.
• Provide feedback on architecture decisions as needed.
• Monitor, optimise, and forecast infrastructure and AWS spend alongside the Cloud and commercial teams.

Head of Technology – Infrastructure

• Architect and build the company’s initial product and technical foundation
• Design reliable systems for high-trust operational workflows

Co-Founder, CTO – AI PropTech for Municipal Approvals

• You will write the first lines of production code.
• You will set the architecture, the data model, the engineering culture, and the security posture.
• You will represent the company in front of CIOs, Chief AI Officers, CFOs, security teams, and investors.
• You will recruit and lead the founding engineering and applied AI team.
• Months 0–3. Ship the discovery layer with a design partner — browser extension and endpoint agent capturing AI usage across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, and the long tail without per-vendor integrations. Establish the core architecture and 15-minute refresh pipeline.
• Months 3–6. Deliver the Utilization × Proficiency × Value framework, including the first GitHub/Jira correlation for engineering ROI. Convert three paid pilots. Begin SOC 2 Type II readiness with zero-content-retention as a non-negotiable design constraint.
• Months 6–9. Release GA v1 covering discovery, analytics, proficiency benchmarking, and governance controls aligned to EU AI Act, ISO 42001, and NIST AI RMF. Convert pilots to ten paying enterprise customers. Finalize pricing — including outcome-based pricing on captured savings.
• Months 9–18. Ship the governed AI access hub and expand into a vertical specialization — most likely an autonomous AI FinOps agent for a regulated industry — that no horizontal incumbent can credibly follow. Reach $1M ARR. Build out the founding team.

Co-founder – Chief Technology Officer, AI ROI Measurement Platform

• Own and execute our overall technology roadmap and platform architecture

• Your background includes strong practical knowledge of version control systems like Git, as well as demonstrable experience in developing and migrating cloud-based solutions, particularly within AWS and Azure environments. You have overseen the adoption of modern development frameworks and technologies to stay at the forefront of innovation and have leveraged AI tools (such as CoPilot) to enhance delivery speed and code quality.
• Experience with .NET environments and codebases would be highly beneficial.
