Chief Marketing Officer

• As the Senior Head of Growth Marketing for Motors (Consumer / C2C), you will be responsible for driving demand & supply commercial growth across Poland, Portugal and Romania, with Poland as the largest market in terms of revenue, marketing budget and operational scale
• Define, own and execute the integrated marketing strategy for Consumer (C2C) across Poland, Portugal and Romania, growing demand, supply, acquisition, engagement and retention
• Drive measurable business impact with full funnel marketing campaigns that connect brand, media, performance and CRM activities
• Effectively & efficiently allocate & manage large budgets & investment ROI
• Create tactical campaigns & value propositions that differentiate the brand in order to drive measurable impact on demand across all traffic sources & aggressively grow supply
• Streamline and align marketing processes and ways of working across markets, enabling local teams to operate effectively within a shared framework
• Establish and promote a common measurement approach across markets, building analytics frameworks, MMM, brandtracking, NPS and OKRs to clearly attribute marketing impact to business results
• Drive measurable business impact through through-the-line campaigns that connect brand, media, performance and CRM activities
• Grow content & social media audience & engagement metrics across all platforms
• Align & lead efforts of the central team of SEO, CRM, Performance, Social Media, PR and events teams to ensure unified execution towards common commercial goals
• Lead marketing initiatives that put marketing as the voice of the customer through face to face engagement, NPS, research, focus groups and more to deeply understand customers

Senior Head of Growth Marketing

• Shape the company’s vision, growth engine, and market presence from day one
• Combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution, turning data, creativity, and experimentation into measurable business results
• Co-creating the company, product and go-to-market strategy together with the founding team
• Defining the brand positioning, communication strategy and market narrative for a cardio-metabolic health company
• Designing and executing a full-funnel marketing strategy covering awareness, acquisition, conversion, retention and patient engagement
• Building and optimizing acquisition funnels across Google, Meta, e-mail, remarketing and other relevant digital channels
• Developing marketing automation processes that support patient education, onboarding, activation, reactivation and long-term engagement
• Creating a data-driven growth model based on key metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROI, conversion rate, retention, churn and activation
• Building a multi-channel content and communication ecosystem across video, social media, expert content, blog, e-mail, paid ads and landing pages
• Translating complex cardio-metabolic topics into clear, trustworthy and engaging communication for patients and business partners
• Developing educational campaigns around prevention, diagnostics, lifestyle change, obesity, diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular risk and metabolic health
• Building credibility through expert-led content, medical authorities, partnerships and PR activities
• Designing and testing messaging, landing pages, funnels and campaigns through structured experimentation and A/B testing
• Working closely with medical, product, sales and operations teams to align marketing with product experience and patient needs
• Recruiting and leading a high-performing marketing team across performance, content, creative, analytics and partnerships
• Managing external partners, agencies, creators, experts and media relationships when needed
• Ensuring that all marketing activities comply with healthcare advertising, data protection, and medical communication standards in Poland and the EU.

Head of Marketing – Healthcare

• Be responsible for developing actions and measures for new customer acquisitions and sustainable business development
• Be responsible for implementing a KPI dashboard to measure the success of the department as a whole and the individual teams
• Continuously improve and professionalise the sales and marketing organisation
• Be responsible for keeping product knowledge up to date within the teams
• Work closely with European colleagues to share best practices
• Analyse business trends and take corrective actions as needed
• Provide management reporting
