• Manage the time-critical monitoring of homecare call data
• Communicate and negotiate with providers to reconcile and improve accuracy of data
• Support providers to encourage long-term behaviour change

Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

• See opportunities to automate manual processes through BI and reporting enhancements that improve efficiency and confidence in decision‑making.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into clear, well‑scoped BI and reporting designs, working closely with business users.
• Design, build and maintain BI/reporting solutions that support Food operations and transformation projects.
• Coordinate testing, training and launch of solutions to ensure smooth adoption and sustainable ways of working.
• Track usage and effectiveness of reporting solutions, partnering with Change and Finance teams to understand impact and engagement.

BI Developer

• Design reports to allow users to be confident in their findings and to make business decisions based on data driven insights

• Work closely with data engineering teams using Azure and Databricks
• Own the Power BI Service environment including workspaces, datasets, access, and deployments
• Troubleshoot issues and improve stability across the reporting estate
• Shape and prioritise reporting needs in collaboration with stakeholders
• Promote best practices across modelling, DAX, SQL, and report design
• Encourage reuse of trusted models and consistent development patterns
