Business Development Rep

• Develop and maintain relationships with manufacturing decision-makers: factory owners, plant managers, heads of operations, automation leads.
• Map target accounts across Vietnam’s industrial zones.
• Position Gradion early in customers' automation and digital transformation planning cycles.
• Conduct structured discovery conversations and on-site factory observations.
• Assess automation maturity, operational pain points, and digitalization readiness at a high level.
• Prepare clear summaries for solution and pre-sales teams, stakeholder context, opportunity signals, initial findings.
• Support joint customer meetings, technical discussions, and proposal development where needed.
• Attend and actively participate in industrial automation conferences, trade events, and partner activities.
• Engage prospects through live demos, structured presentations, and hands-on automation showcases (AMRs, robot arms, AGVs, WMS, IoT).

Strategic Business Development Executive, Industrial Solutions

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories, industries, and target market segments.
• Achieve assigned sales targets, KPIs, revenue and gross profit objectives.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals and customer engagement activities.
• Grow existing customer accounts through cross-selling and upselling of Toll products and services.
• Conduct sales presentations, customer visits, business reviews and solution discussions to secure new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Ensure timely follow-up and effective responses to customer inquiries, sales leads and business opportunities.
