Business Development Rep

• Support with the sourcing, diligence and integrations of new acquisitions in the MENA region
• Create and execute MENA M&A sourcing strategy
• Identify and build long-term relationships with software business owners in MENA
• Conduct in-depth market research across priority MENA countries
• Maintain accurate tracking of sourcing activity and prepare reports

Director M&A – Business Development

• Develop strong understanding of the assigned country or market, including the local technology ecosystem, business environment, key software verticals, founders, investors, advisors, associations, and relevant industry networks.
• Identify B2B software companies that may fit CSI’s acquisition criteria, including vertical market software businesses, enterprise software vendors, and other product-led technology companies.
• Conduct in-depth market research across priority MENA countries and selected verticals, including vertical market mapping, competitive landscapes, software category analysis, founder/company research, and identification of market leaders, emerging players, and potential acquisition targets.
• Maintain accurate tracking of sourcing activity, outreach progress, target qualification, relationship status, and deal pipeline movement.
• Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and strategic updates for the leadership team.
• Provide country-level insights, market updates, company lists, and ecosystem intelligence to support Boson Portfolio’s broader MENA expansion strategy.
• Support day-to-day sourcing operations, including database building, contact research, outreach tracking, meeting coordination, preparation of company profiles, and follow-up management.
• Other tasks and projects as and when assigned.

Manager – M&A Business Development

• The Business Development Manager, MENA will be the core driver behind the company’s growth strategy through new and existing partners and Business Development Managers in Turkey.
• A professional who can identify and build strong, lasting strategic relationships with new and existing partners.
• Execute the company’s growth strategy based on Introducing Brokers, Strategic Partners and BDMs in Turkey to increase revenue and expand our regional footprint.
• Lead expansion in new markets within Turkey by building new strategic partnerships in the region and leverage existing and past partner relationships.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve current processes across functional areas, optimizing our procedures for efficiency and productivity.

Business Development Manager – Trading, CFD/FX Experience

• Direct and manages the supplier business plan and implementation process throughout the organization
• Align goals and objectives of supplier with the company to ensure mutual goals and objectives are achieved.
• Determine, monitor and recommend plans for the supplier, company business relationship on a tactical and strategic level.
• Participate in supplier business reviews providing appropriate data and engaging in resolving issues.
• Identify and drive new supplier opportunities with particular emphasis on the development of new services that blend unique supplier resource/capability along with service/capability to create a unique value proposition.
• Support cross functional communication with the company's product groups in price negotiations and market knowledge.
• Responsible for the management of activities and programs that will drive the supplier’s pro-forma performance in an effort to achieve Avnet's financial goals.
• Drive demand creation and design-in activities for FPGA and embedded solutions
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of design opportunities
• Engage with customers at system and architecture level
• Perform analysis and reports of various program impact for the supplier.
