Business Analyst

• Support the identification, delivery, and sustainment of country-level automation, analytics, and AI solutions that enhance clinical trial operations
• Assist with business case preparation, data analysis, dashboard/report building, workflow documentation, solution testing, training, and user support
• Ensure solutions are compliant, adopted, and continuously improved
• Support alignment and scalability for regional and global solutions
• Assist in compiling business cases, gathering requirements, mapping processes, and documenting user stories and acceptance criteria
• Conduct data exploration and prepare baseline metrics to define problem statements and expected benefits
• Build and maintain country dashboards and basic automations under supervision using approved platforms
• Produce routine operational reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) dashboards; maintain data definitions and refresh cadence
• Ensure adherence to ICH GCP, Company policies, and local regulations in documentation and solution usage
• Collaborate with country, regional and headquarters teams

Business Analyst – Automation, Analytics, AI

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the product vision and roadmap based on business need and scientific research
• Stay updated on the latest competing products, and customers’ needs to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement
• Engage regularly with bench and computational chemists, medicinal chemistry project teams, assay scientists, and external partners to gather domain requirements, validate use cases, and capture feedback
• Identify, define, and prioritize product requirements and features based on scientific and customer insights
• Work closely with software engineers, bioinformaticians, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into user stories, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of high-quality chemistry products
• Plan and conduct product release (SDLC), validation, usability testing, and other evaluation methods to ensure product performance and compliance with scientific standards and regulations
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for enhancements or new product iterations
